A no-frills gym but with a) the equipment you need for a good workout. Membership gives you 24 hour a day access, so regardless of your work schedule, you can always find a time to keep fit!

This gym was nice a few years back but has flatlined and has had the same look, feel and equipment for years now. Not to mention the cost is higher than local competitors.

NEW owner (Don) has no money and doesn't care. New owner will not fix, maintain or replace anything. New owner does not care about dues paying members. This location is going downhill fast.

let me start off with saying I don't normally write reviews but for this place I will. The gym is well kept and clean. Philip the owner of this location is awesome. He is very helpful and is willing to help you reach your Fitness goal. If where to rate this gym I would rate it five stars out of five.

Clean and safe. Large variety of equipment in working order. Excellent trainer available during daytime hours. Plenty of parking.

A relaxed feel. Treadmills need repairs but they work. Better than other Anytimes I've visited.. Would like to see some classes but I don't frequent this location. Vending machine take touchless pay like apple pay and others. I don't know why this isn't a standard. Who's bringing change to a fitness gym?A lot of machines to try which I like to see. You have a better chance of hitting those target muscles and decent amount of open space for bodyweight workouts and stretching.Decent place to workout if you have a membership already.

I love the experience that I’ve had at this gym. The owner, Phillip Moody, is a delightful human being, and exceptional when it comes to his job! The customer service that you receive is the best of the best. The establishment is always CLEAN, even the bathrooms🙌🏻 When I first signed up, the owner took the time to show me around the gym, and how to use all of the equipment, etc;. He even wrote me a personalized workout regimen to help me reach my goals. Also, as a woman, I’ve always felt comfortable working out when I am there. It’s nice to feel like you don’t have people gawking over you. Anyways, I can’t say enough good things about it. All in all, it’s a win, win!💯

Good equipment and you can actually use it. Not crowded and great people that are friendly and We got a gym family there. We all laugh together and excerrcise...

This gym has been under new ownership for a year or so now and they have done a lot of nice upgrades. It's rarely crowded and has what I need for a well rounded workout. It's also nice having the ability to use every other location when I travel.

This is a great gym! I knew nothing about the equipment or even where to begin a real work out program. I look like it too. However, in a real no judgment fashion, the owner Phillip, walked me through the equipment and put together a real personalized program for me. I’ve been going to the gym for 8 weeks and I have increased in size and strength. The gym is clean and well maintained, provides a variety of equipment, has friendly patrons, and the owner looks out for the interests of the members. What more could you ask for? You will be glad you joined this gym. I know I am!
