Ok1. Not handicap acceable.2. No trainer on site, employees don't know how to operate equipment.3. All fans are floor fans. So kinda loud.4. Found trash on several machines upstairs.5. This planet fitness needs a lot 9f work to reach the standards that I have come accustomed to.

No lighting outside in the parking lot at night and in the early morning - this no longer feels like a safe place to be entering/exiting. As much money as you make from your patrons you could install some bulbs - you used to have lights outside what happened?

Friendly and helpful staff! Austin was particularly helpful and kind. All equipment seemed to be in good working order and good condition.
