This is a good gym. I've been a member for about 6 months. The highlights: it has all the equipment I can think one could need and it's all in good shape, the place is never packed with people and there's plenty of space to move around amongst the machines, and the members are friendly and very few of them do their reps blocking the dumbbell racks. Some room for improvement: more fans around the aerobic machines, the bathrooms don't have paper towels, the website pricing is not accurate, up until recently there has not reliably been staffing starting at 10am, and it took quite a few requests to get a copy of my contract.I've utilized the membership at a half dozen other facilities around the country and they're all fairly comparable in size and equipment selection.EDIT: after visiting a few more AFs I see a couple of things that stand out and warrant bumping up to 5 stars: 1) there s a big open room that few other AFs have so folks doing abs, stretching, lunges, etc have plenty of room. 2) these guys have a much more extensive selection of dumbbells across 3 separate stations.

I have contacted gym multiple times, it goes to voicemail. I have left over 10 voicemails. I went on active duty military orders and canceled my membership over a year ago. I am now being charged again and have collectors calling me from abc financial. I have tried contacting the club, no answer or response to voicemail. I call during staff hours, no answer. I have been doing this for 2 months. I contact abc financial they tell me to call the club and they give me a direct managers number… turns out it’s the same number, no answer, no returned call. Treat people better, return calls like your voicemail says you do!

I love this gym and have been a member for 5 years. I'm sad to say, over this time it has fallen into disrepair. Most of the treadmill/elliptical equipment is not up to task anymore. Super friendly staff though and plenty of weights. I would really like to give it 5 stars but there's just too much wrong with it right now. I don't leave because I love this place. I lost 80lbs here and took back my life. I just wish it was better. 😕

Was great when I first joined, but they've since converted the entire side room (about 1/4 of the gym) into a karate studioAside from not being able to use that entire room during prime time hours, there are kids (under 10 years old) climbing around playing on the gym equipment completely unattended and the owner (and karate instructor) has done nothing to deter this behavior.Unless you just have to work out in off hours, I'd recommend going to the other gym down hillcrest.

I have been going to this gym since 2016.24/7/365. If the key swipes, you can get in and work out.I have been inside the gym during several hurricanes and tropical storms. The only time I have never been able to get in was when we had power outage after Hurricane Sally. That is acceptable though. I can't fault them for that. The gym has the perfect small gym atmosphere I personally do not like large gyms. They are too loud and have too many people. This gym is the exact opposite. If you like the small gym atmosphere, this gym is definitely for you. The WiFi is good as well. Can stream YouTube or movies on it. Useful for those long workouts. There are also a few TV's around with streaming services on them. I don't use them much, but their appears to be a pretty good selection of media to watch on them. I typically only use them when I forget my ear buds.

The new owners have done a lot of cool upgrades and added new equipment. Most recently upgrading all treadmills. This gym is perfect for what I need and never crowded.

The staff is excellent and they always go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience every time. I have met a lot of great people since I joined 6 months ago. Best gym in mobile.

This has become the prima gym for area. It is open all the time. The equipment is well maintained, the place is clean, and the people wonderful. They offer private trainers and the one my wife and I use is experienced, well trained, professional and accommodating. His name is Kelly and if you can book him it is money extremely well spent. His expertise goes from the body builder to the septuagenarian with injuries and physical problems. The locations are easily accessible and as stated they are open all the time. Highly recommend and this is now the best of this genre.

Clean gym. Equipment not well maintained, gets the job done though. Staff routinely arrives hours late past their posted time. Have lost count of how many people show up to attempt to join but no one is available. Guess they don't need the money. Recommend joining another club and coming to this one when in a pinch.

Pros: 24 hrs and good selection of equipment. Cons: They never seem to have personnel there. Recently, I cancelled my membership and I've been trying to return my magnetic key for a $15 dollar refund. Quite literally, no one is ever there. With no one there on staff there is no one to talk to about equipment failures, which happen at all gyms, and other random problems like lack of sanitizer, plumbing, etc. For the money, you can attend a gym where people actually work who can assist you with what you might need.
