Customer service 0/10. I was basically forced into a contract after I got a personal trainer who didn’t only not show up once for our session but 3 times !!!! 3 times !! And when I tried to tell them I just prefer I wouldn’t train with a trainer because of this Rachael basically told me oh well your stuck for 3 months paying for a trainer, so now am I not only discouraged from this gym the customer service terrible every time I go to her desk for help she ignores me as if I’m not even there and I have to wait for somebody else to help me.. even though I got a new trainer and the new trainer I have is great it’s still not fair I’m forced to be into a contract for 3 months that I do NOT WANT! And it’s no fault of mine that there employees don’t show up to work and maintain there clients, so ? And my trainer who didn’t show up for my sessions name was Nick.

I am from out of town and went to 3 different gyms that were not helpful to me whatsoever. Came here and it was incredible. Huge selection, great environment. Nice bathrooms. Would highly recommend. Do not know how anyone around the mobile area is still in business with them.

I’m giving it a 4 starts BECAUSEthey don’t have the machines other locations does, they only have 2 massage chairs and they are ALWAYS being used, and I still haven’t gotten my free tshirt….other than that. It’s an ok location and good environment

Another great facility!!! My two favor Crunch…Mobile and Montgomery locations! The atmosphere is great! The HIIT and spinning instructors are amazing and energetic….love the classes. The gym and bathroom are clean! I hate I can’t visit more often! Great staff!
