Please require members to take a spray bottle with them for some don't see them at cleaning station and when they go to different workout stations its wet! Also it would be nice to hire an extra person to spray machines periodically

They have no elevator. What's the point of having a ramp on the outside of the building for wheelchairs if you don't have an elevator for them to get up to the second floor once they get in the building? Secondly, those stairs are so wide. Because of this, you can only have one hand or the other on the rail; never both. They should have a rail going up the middle. An elderly woman needed her husband to go down the middle of the stairs WITH NO SUPPORT so that she can use one hand for the rail and another hand to put on his husband's shoulder.Also, they have no bathrooms upstairs. As far as ALL of the planet fitnesses are concerned, I never liked the fact that they don't keep paper towels in the bathrooms. Many CDC articles have gone on and on about those air blowers and how they spread fecal matter all over our hands when we use them.Lastly, if they can make me register from MY own account on MY own cell phone using their app (that doesn't work because the Wi-Fi is either slow or gone causing both a manager and an associate to have to put their heads together to get me logged in properly,) then I should be able to use the phone app to schedule myself for a massage. What's the point of having unlimited use of the facilities if you have to keep getting up every 10 minutes to reschedule another one over and over again like that? Just let me go back there, scan my membership barcode and use the damn thing! I'm sitting in the lobby section waiting for the guy to come out so I can get my turn and he falls asleep! When I go in there to wake him up so I can get my chance, now the massage chair doesn't work because I've missed my window of time. The front desk girl was kind enough to tell me that she could started right away from her computer system, but it still defeats the purpose.So let's recap: You go to the flat screen to schedule a predetermined time. That time might be as much as 9 minutes away from the current time or, somebody could be on the machine. You sit in that secondary lobby waiting for them to come out and you notice that your time started 3 minutes ago so you go to check and see what's going on. They're asleep. With all honestly, it should have given him two massages because at that point, he would have been using my time slot, but something happened with the communication of the chair and it's not working. So now after waking him up, I have to wipe down the chair after him because he wasn't decent enough to do it, go to the front desk and let them know that it's not working for my original time and even if it was, I would have been able to use it because he fell asleep. They go back there to see what's wrong with it and I've yet to receive a single massage. I'm not going through that every single time. If one else was back there, I wasn't making anybody waiting line for me and I'm back there by myself, I should be able to just keep using it until somebody decides they want it. That's fair.Not to mention, they have two massage chairs back there. The manager told me that one of them is broken because it only massages the lower back so when you go into the computer system at the front desk to login your time to use the massage chair, it doesn't give you an option to pick the one that is working properly. You have to let the front desk know which one you want them to set you up on so why even have the screen at the counter for us to use??? 30 minutes after signing up for a black card membership, I made them knock me down to the $10 membership. Guess what though? Because my contract is still syncing with the system (whatever that means,) I can't change my plan until possibly tomorrow. Why is there always a million problems with these gyms in my city? We only have so many choices of gyms here in Mobile Alabama and this is why everybody always crowds up at 1 or 2. We can't get at the gym to do simple things that will make everybody's life easier. This type of stuff causes the employees to work harder than necessary and it causes me to get frustrated about things I shouldn't be getting frustrated about.

Clean, convenient, and helpful staff. 4 stars because of the way you get into the road that leads to the gym. The building that houses the gym needs to talk to the city to add an official turn lane

Good gym, I go every week (tryna get them gains ya feel?). No real complaints other than the gimmick called a “Lunk Alarm”. I find my self forcing down natural expression called grunts when doing heavier weights. Other that 9 out of 10.

My husband and I are ready for our new season. Our only son is off to college and we're ready to get in shape!!Planet Fitness is a great place. Love the staff, equipment and all they offer!!
