My car was hit in their parking lot. They lied and said they didn't have cameras outside but really the cameras just didn't work. In other words if something happens in their parking lot there's no security.

I love this gym it's never crowded at least at the times I go. The staff is very friendly and always acknowledged you when you arrive and leave.

Worked out this morning and planned on tanning after. I typically have my eyewear with me and I never get asked if I have it. I also don’t usually go to this particular location. I was asked for my eyewear which I happened to not have this morning. I responded by asking if it was absolutely necessary and the employee was very belittling and responded and a very snarky manner and said she had to ask and that I need to go get my eyewear. I really don’t appreciate the attitude considering I have never been asked before if I have my eyewear. I pay a monthly fee for a service and it would be nice to be treated in an appropriate manner when using that service.
