Best gym ever. Also the cheapest with more to offer than most. Yes they are under construction but they are doing their best to accommodate everyone's needs!

I love working out here. Great staff & equipment and even though they're under construction right now with updating everything it's still a great place to go. Cant wait to see it finished !

Warning: If this is not your home gym you will not feel welcome. This is what happened to me on 3/21/19. I walked in and was not greeted at all. I can deal with that though. My card was scanned by Victoria again no smile or greeting. After that I was commanded by Victoria as she shoved a sheet at me "You need to sign in." I've never had to do that before and just asked why. She said, "Because this isn't your home gym." I had went to a gym the day before that wasn't my home gym and wasn't asked to sign in. However I went ahead and signed in. Then Victoria says in the same rude voice tone with "Your account is past due." I say back that's impossible since I'm on auto draft, just upgraded my membership and it's already come out of my account. She seems annoyed that I spoke and brushed me off with "you need to contact your home branch since I can't see anything." I then say that this is my first time here could she at least tell me where everything is. She then turned to her co-worker and rolled her eyes. I then said to Victoria that I just saw you roll your eyes at me and I wanted to speak to her manager. She then said, "Okay she's right here." Her manager was the co-worker she rolled her eyes to! I then explained Victoria's bad customer service and Amy apologized, said that Victoria had a history of "being blunt" and that she would "talk to her." I then asked if Victoria would give me a run down on the general direction of where everything was as this is a 2 story building. I then went to work out and the more I thought about it, it occurred to me if you feel comfortable rolling your eyes in front of a customer to your manager then obviously Victoria will not be held accountable for her rude behavior. I then went back downstairs and told Amy I would like an apology from Victoria for the eyeroll. Amy said okay but that I would have to wait until Victoria finished up with a customer. I waited for about 5 minutes and then Victoria walks over to me in her snotty tone and asks "Yes ma'am?" I say to her I'd like an apology for her rolling her eyes to which she curtly replied "I'm sorry." I then went on to explain to her that it's good customer service to say good morning. I also suggested she say "Since this isn't your home gym PLEASE sign" instead of barking commands. While I was speaking to her she kept looking around and yawming at some points. I said to her it was obvious she wasn't listening and still had a bad attitude. She then said "No ma'am I'm listening." I ended the conversation advising her to never roll her eyes at people as you really don't know how people will react. I warned her that not everyone will be as calm as I was being. I then went back upstairs and still didn't feel like the situation was going to be taken seriously since it's obvious that Amy and Victoria are buddies. If Victoria felt comfortable rolling her eyes in front of a customer to her manager i knewkani had to go higher up the chain. I then called corporate. I immediately received a call back from Karrie (I hope I spelled that right) who was the Regional Manager and listened. He apologized and said he would look into everything. I thanked him for his time and left the gym. As I left both Victoria and Amy were at the counter and neither said goodbye like they normally do. They both ignored me. I then called Karrie back and let him know that neither said goodbye nor acknowledged me in any way when I left. I said that shows to me they think everything is just fine. He apologized again and said he would be investigating. Victoria obviously thinks she is untouchable and treat customers very rudely without any consequences. Makes me wonder how many other customers she's treated poorly since Amy did acknowledge that Victoria had a history of "being blunt." It was a horrible experience.

I like going to this PF. The staff is friendly and the equipment & locker rooms are always clean. My only complaint is the upstairs cardio room is always to warm. Working out with the weights downstairs is comfortable, but as soon as you head up the stairs you can feel the heat. It's way to warm before you even get started upstairs. However, when you walk in the locker rooms they are cool and comfortable again. They just need to bring the a/c down a several degrees to compensate for all the sweaty cardio bodies. I expect to get warm once I start working out but not before I get up the stairs.

Staff isnt friendly. I went to just tan and was told I couldn't because they was about to close. I understood, however when I turned to walk out someone else asked to tan and they let her. Then I took someone in there to sign up, no tour and talking just handed her the tablet and said fill this out. I haven't been back. Going today to cancel my membership!!!
