Be aware! I signed for a 7 day pass on Friday and on Monday was told it expired. The guy said he did not remember me on Friday. Anyways they gave me my 5 days back. How Charming.

Austin Archibeque always gives outstanding service to every customer that he encounters! He always has a smile and greets every guest as they enter! He has made my experience here at the Floyd location my best experience with In-Shape in all my years as a member. I usually workout at the Ceres location, however this has become my new Home! Not to meantion I love Floyd's Cycle Classes!!

Very great place to come and workout! In the free weight area it has a bodybuilding atmosphere, which is awesome. Some employees that stand out to me are Hashim Maki and Austin Archibeque! Always friendly and helping me out when I need it!

This club is the best In-Shape by far it's always clean and the people are friendly. I want to give a personal shoutout to the MA at this club Austin Archibeque. He's a great employee and always works hard. I appreciate his great customer service and his positive attitude.

I just signed up a couple months ago with Austin Archibeque. Hands down he is AMAZING. He's always been professional and he is always smiling and acknowledges me. This gym is clean and has all the weights/ machines I need. Definitely will be continuing going to this gym... if anyone needs a membership or has questions, see AUSTIN.

What they should do for the rest rooms is to put disinfectant wipes in the stalls for guys an girls just sayn I'm not germ person but come on we all pay enuff for a clean place other then that it's good place

Beware! They over-promise to get you signed on the contract. Once you signed it with agreement that the fees be withdrawn directly from your checking account, they keep charge you way above the amount stated on the contract.

I first visited this health club while on leave from the military several years ago. From my very first visit, they have been amazingly accomodating. Throughout my career, I have travelled to many places where there wasn't a base around to work out. I visited another big name gym today that opened in the area since my last visit, just out of curiosity. However, I am now a retired disabled veteran. After explaining my situation, I recieved the same robotic response much like many gyms I visited throughout my career. As a military member, it was not as if I expected special treatment when I visited different gyms. I only hoped someone would take the time to listen and provide service based upon my circumstances. In-Shape made accomodations to assist me with no hassle involved. I have long meant to send a letter of appreciation to this facility, but my duties overwhelmed me and I never got around to doing it. I am now making an effort to share my experience with In-Shape. They have a great facility (even while being remodeled!) and the customer service is genuine, sincere and simply outstanding. I have never encountered such a helpful staff that made me feel right at home and completely welcome. As a retired disabled veteran, my physical abilities have been greatly diminished. I still feel welcome and encouraged in the environment provided by In-Shape and their friendly staff. I give this facility my highest recommendation.
