Great gym atmosphere with lots of new equipment. Super friendly staff as well. No complaints here.

Spin classes with Val are really good. Lots of motivation without over using the sound system. Staff are very friendly and parking is pretty easy!

In-Shape Floyd location makes me feel comfortable with the new practices they have taken for Covid 19. I was anxious to be at the gym, but with all the sanitary stations they have I feel so comfortable.

I love the cross training room upstairs at your facility, HOWEVER, what I don't like is the fact that I got by back legs burned on the exposed screws on the wooden seats in the dry sauna and the steamroom is way too hot.

Equipment is in good shape, people are friendly, but the locker rooms and bathrooms badly need an upgrade/update. Can't get to a locker half the time and the tile and fixtures are old and gross. If you dress at home you're good, if you have to dress there after work like me prepare to wait for space and be grossed out from time to time.

As people are saying, it's not very clean.Pictures are way too old, I guess these pictures have been taken when this gym was built back in days. Cardio area has always dust and sweat on machines. Restrooms have paper towels all over the place. Front desk is unfriendly and unwelcoming, but recently they hire new staff they are very friendly and have positive attitude,But old employees are still the same. I have taken the survey which inshape sent me when I started here and I told them about unwelcomed staff, so thanks to management that they took some steps, but sorry to say that old employees are still the same. They only speak with those who they like, they judge people from their looks. People, we are living in 21 century grow up a bit or get some education. Diversity is the key to success in these days. I will suggest to management start hiring people from different backgrounds. Today's America has been changed. It will be good for your business too.Update November 11, 2019After posting my review on Google, our gym manager approached me and asked me personally, what area and how she can improve the gym environment. She is working hard to change the gym environment from dry to friendly. I am glad to say that she is getting success in this area. But still they need more people for cleaning the gym and rest rooms.Keep it up Jessica, you are a great manager.

Friendly staff, pool is refreshing, after 7pm its mot crowded and equipment offered is ample
