Definitely a decent gym better than the old purple gym I was at. 4 of 5 stars due to this gym not having a hip thruster type machine like the Ceres location. They have one deadlift area which people use for hip thrusts but the limiting factor is that some of the benches/boxes are not a decent height for short people like me. It’s also very time consuming to set up a hip thrust area. I also want to mention this type of set up is unsafe for the reason that you need to get the bar up to start your hip thrust workout which is super unstable due to having to balance the bar in your waist and again the bench/box being too high. A thruster machine would be more efficient and safe than trying to use the deadlift area. Plus it would free up the area for those working on heavier deadlifts :)

The diversity of equipment, the multitude of classes although I wish their were a few more beginners sessions at least a couple times a month. Also the relax and rejuvenate areas (sauna, steam room, pools). I love racquetball and pickleball which I hope expands to my gym! Finally the incentives (Fit Club) program pushes me just enough sometimes to hit the gym even though I may be a bit tired after the day. InShape has progressed with the times modernizing and putting in just enough variety of activities they keep in clean facilities.

It looks much better after tearing down the wall and love the new look. Feels good to workout here. Most of the employees are friendly. Other Inshape clubs I have went provide towels not sure why this club doesn’t provide towels anymore post Covid. It’d be awesome if that happens. If I have to say one thing is that some days the paper towels just before closing the gym are empty in locker room.UPDATE: I can’t believe I’m updating this after a week of posting my previous review. I know we are supposed to leave the gym by 11pm or 8pm but it’s just sad to see someone from the toilet yelling turn on the lights for almost 25 seconds when the front desk guy turns off the lights completely for about 30-45seconds. I understand they give lots of announcement before 11pm and they need to go home after the shift. But turning off the lights completely is just mean, at least that’s what I feel. Front desk guys could do that after 11:10 or at at least 11:05 instead of doing it at 11:01 like today. I still feel bad for that poor old man. So updating my review from 5 to 4

I love this gym..I am just starting my journey to my best self so I don't know all the equipment and everytime I have question they are so patient and explain everything to me. Also the front desk lady's and gentlemen are so happy so to see you their positive attitude is infectious and it's the perfect mind set to start your work out or day. If your a beginner or hard core athlete everyone is respectful to each other here and I highly recommend this gym.

Bathrooms aren't great, only 2 poop stations.

In-Shape is a good value. It has a good selection of equipment and it's never too crowded. I don't have any complaints. Reliable gym.

Jessica C. is a gem! She runs a tight ship with a well-trained staff. They are friendly, personable, and helpful. Jessica hears your concerns and gets right on it. She ensures a clean and safe environment. The facilities are well-designed, specifically the wet areas. The indoor pool is perfect for lap swims and the jacuzzi spa is right next to the pool! The steam room is the best in the region. I've tried others in the area, but the In-Shape Floyd is hot and turns off and on regularly. The male locker area may get a little tight when crowded, but all patrons are courteous and respectful.
