This gym used to be great in summer months but now they don't keep it cool enough. It is hot and stuffy. It's hard to get a good workout when it's so hot in there.

Is a good gym. My fiance and I like it. It's just not easy to get a good full workout when they have there promotions for high school kids to come in. It gets packed full and they brake half the machine

This gym is very clean and the staff is friendly. For the price it is a great value. I have been a member at many different and much more expensive gyms and found this one to be cleaner, it has more available equipment, and the staff is working not on their phones.

Need benches. There are only six, of which 3 are at the smith machines. 3 for free weights is not enough. Haven't been able to get a chest workout my last few visits. Disappointing.

I enjoy doing the 30 min. circuit training, but it sucks when half of the machines are out of service. Especially when it's busy and you have to wait to use other machines in the main gym area.

what a rude Supervisor! i called to cancel my membership she is like i cant by phone i told her im out of state and i dont have access to mail and i cant walk in then i said are you guys are still charging me she is like yeah and when i asked her name she mentioned her name is jasminethank you for charging my account for even not coming to the gym

Decent experiences so far. Friendly staff always welcoming and saying goodbye, other members are usually pretty good. Some of the pads for equipment are worn down(my specific mention in the bicep curl in the 30-min workout area). This means that wiping it down just wets the fabric underneath, which is then gross to touch.

Terrible company. I moved to Georgia in September 2020 and they won't let me cancel my membership and they keep charging me each month. They say I have to cancel in person but there is not a facility nearby. I contacted my bank to block the charges, and it worked for about 2 or 3 months and then I started getting charged again. I really hope someone hits these guys with a class-action lawsuit, I have bank statements for days. They make it impossible to cancel!

Super low quality, poorly maintained gym compared to MANY other PF’s. And I got approached about my cross chest bag needing to be locked up in my car or locker - and they wouldn’t guarantee me protection against theft. Policy was regarding tripping hazard yet there’s weights all over the floor, people putting down towels, bottles and other personal items. Just an overall bogus experience and I hit up a lot of different PF’s traveling. By far the weirdest one yet.

I like this gym especially in the early morning hours when there seems to be a lot of cardio machines available all the time. The staff keep the facility very clean and there are lockers for your personal belongings, (bring your own lock).
