24 Hour Fitness

My experience was good precovid now the only thing I look forward to with a the jacuzzi. We pay a maintenance fees for a broken jacuzzi. There is various forms of debris in there also and the steam and sauna most of the time is nasty. I come here because the staff are friendly and kind.

Curly haired lady was extremely rude!! I had a 3 day guest pass but when I came in for day 2 she wouldn’t let me work-out. She said it was only valid for 1 day (although e-mail said 3 days) because I have an out of state ID (I’m in the process of getting a California drivers license. Therefore I will not get a pass here and suggest you don’t either!!!

This Gym shouldn’t be called 24HR fitness anymore, it closes super early Yet my husband and IStill pay the same as if it was 24hrs when I asked why they didn’t give me an answer and just told me to go to another 24HR fitness that is open 24HRs -__- not only did they not lower our payment but they still make us pay a maintenance fee for a jacuzzi that is always broken. It’s a real inconvenience that their hours are during my working hours. Might have to cancel soon which sucks because we’ve been with 24HRs for almost 10years now :( I really used to Love this gym! Hopefully it goes 24HRs soon 🤞🏼

The energy is nice and they have more equipment if you’re looking for an upgrade from Planet Fitness. But people have no gym etiquette here. They hog sets of weights even if it is super packed and busy. Sometimes I’m waiting 10-15 min for someone to put weights back. Equipment is really old and outdated, other locations have nicer equipment and MORE. The gym floors in group classrooms are pretty dirty. Bathrooms too. I was cooling off on the treadmill and noticed a homeless guy collecting cans from all the trash bins LMAO and there was no staff at the front for like half an hr chunks multiple times. Their kids club is not available. People here are generally nice and energetic but people take machines from each other LOL and don’t put dumbells/barbells away where they belong. Its a cat and mouse game sometimes. I wish there were more locations in Moreno Valley bc this place is kinda eh.. Oh and this is pretty funny, it’s not even open 24hrs

I come to this gym once every six months or so while visiting family. This gym hasn’t changed much over the years in terms of equipment and options. I typically come in the afternoon when it’s not too busy and I have no trouble with most equipment. One exception is leg equipment for squats. There’s only two racks and they’re usually taken by folks who use it slowly with disregard for others trying to get work done.Locker room is clean, showers are stocked with bath wash. Pool, steam and sauna, and hot tub are a nice feature of this gym. Not much staff interaction which is fine but when I’ve had questions they’re responsive and friendly.I’m a member of Anytime Fitness and Planet fitness and again I keep coming here when in town so that says something.

This is my favorite 24 hour fitness gym. The customer service is always good, all of the employees are welcoming and helpful. Danson and Marcos have been very helpful and are the reason I’ve decided to keep my membership. I’m from the LA area and have been very discouraged by the customer service and overall condition of the gyms there and was ready to cancel my membership. I’m often in the Moreno Valley area and love coming in to this gym. It is spacious, the locker rooms are big as well and clean. The group exercise room is also kept pretty neat and clean and there’s a nice fan that keeps you cool. I’m always able to get the machines that I need and that makes my workout experience enjoyable. I recommend this gym to anyone in the IE.

One of my fav clubs to go to all the staff is friendly and helpful they are always reracking the weights and keeping the place as clean as possible

Used to like coming here but now I don’t they enforce a mask policy for some people and then let other people do whatever the hell they want especially on the basketball court I get told something about my mask but nothing gets said to some other people here hmm yeah screw this place always gonna have a one star from me…

Some of African american male staff are rude there , a guy ask me put up my mask when he talked to guy when his mask was down , he didn't do anything about , I told him go look around at other people too . Woman that work there are very nice .

Good machines to work with. Unfortunately the water fountains have been broken since I started working out here and it doesn't seem like they'll ever be fixed
