Fitness 19

Horrible 1st time experience here at fitness 19. Super unprofessional . I Went in there to check out the new promotion 50 bucks for life asked a few questions and was told there was other charges like 250 down and 50 bucks a month not 50 bucks for life! I simply said maybe you guys should add the details and the advertising sign and the lady who was helping me out young Hispanic woman seemed unhappy about my comments so in the middle of her so-called customer service she walks away bothered so I asked the Asian gentleman next to her who butted in before I can ask maybe that detail should be included and I was on my way out the door when I look back and noticed he was laughing at me so I walked back in and brought it to his attention how unprofessional they were and I asked for a manager and coincidentally there was no manager on site. He said the manager's name was David. So I told the Asian gentleman that his coworker was unprofessional she walked away right in the middle of helping us which she wasn't even any help at all and then I asked him about him laughing at potential customers and then he looked confused and apologized. Very very bad first impression on fitness 19 and their establishment here in Moreno valley California on Iris Ave and Perris boulevard. I will not be coming back for any information I will not recommend anybody to this gym the level of professionalism was at its lowest. It was awkward and I feel like I was treated not only as a outsider but less than. I wish I could have took pictures of their faces when they look so dumbfounded about me confronting them about their customer service skills which were not there! I'll stick to LA fitness where everybody is kind and professional!Hopefully their management sees this and brings that to their attention cuz if their front desk people do this I'm sure every employee probably has the same level of professionalism which is really low!If you want to laugh at people and walk away in the middle of them asking questions you shouldn't be working front desk customer! Who knows maybe it was their first job and they have no experience but they will have to learn what good customer service but great customer service I don't think they'll ever get there! I hope the whole city and more sees this and really thinks twice about signing up here if they treat people like this at fitness 19 in Moreno valley on Iris Ave and Perris blvd

Started the gym and wanted some guidance on fitness and training so I signed up with a personal trainer named Tim here at Fitness 19 and had such a good experience. It’s been over 2 months and I’ve learned a lot from him and now I feel more comfortable with doing workouts on my own. Also love the staff here they make you feel welcomed and comfortable!

I love this gym!I’ve been working out here since late 2020. The employees are nice and keep the gym clean.Unlike other gyms I’ve been to, this one doesn’t have ripped up benches, cracked weights/dumbbells and broken equipment. And if a machine does break, they have it fixed relatively quick.I highly recommend this gym. I got my girl signed up recently and 2 of my friends joined with me in 2020.So far, I believe the best times to come in are any time between 11 am - 3 pm. It isn’t too crowded, you can get a bench or squat rack more easily, and the usual gym goers are there to workout instead of hogging equipment and socializing with their friends group.

This Fitness 19 is Awesome... it would be nice if they expanded it to bring in more equipment; however, it's perfect for the ratio of members to size & format of the gym.Staff is awesome & the place is clean. The equipment is in great condition & there is plenty of cardio machines open when I get there.The middle of the Jungle Gym or Cable Machines is usually occupied but does open from time to time like the squating rack with the glides.All & all it's worth it for me to go 4 or 5 time a week. Members are cool too... no issues & no bad attitudes. Just cool, comfortable vibes.

You get what you pay for. Unprofessional staff. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.
