Great place to work out, especially during these unprecedented times! Staff is very responsible when it comes to health and safety. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This should be 0 stars. This location discriminates against people with disabilities. I had to cancel my membership due to their refusal to accommodate medical disabilities. A legal discrimination case has been filed against the company and manager of this location through the ADA and Department of Fair Housing and Employment for discrimination and violation of civil rights Un-Ruh law.

The vast majority of the equipment is in excellent condition. My major concern is NOT about the equipment. The facility needs to take the mask requirement MUCH more seriously. Every time I'm there, I see men working out with masks hanging down under their chins or not properly covering their faces. I've mentioned this to the managers. They agree, but they seem hesitant to enforce the rules and don't want to confront the members who violate the mask rule. Consequently, I'm concerned about the safety of the gym with Covid-19 spiking upwards again.

I enjoy going to this gym. Wish they had more up to date equipment one thing that bothers me is the personal trainers. As I sit there and stretch in the green area, I see the female trainer trying to train an obvious newbie who has no idea on proper form. They put this girl in a resistance band and try to do walking squats. Like hello train her in the basics first then do walking squats without the band. Once she grasps the concept of proper form then add in bands. You are gonna make the gym goer not want to ever go back if you don’t show her the basics. It’s common sense but not everyone has it. Not sure maybe it is a training book everyone has to follow but it’s wrong and they need to be updated cause they are gonna cause more injuries then good. My two cents.

I would say that the music is ALWAYS good the environment is friendly nobody steps on each other’s toes. The weight area can be a little bigger and the weekend schedule can be extend. I drive trucks so if it was opened on sundays earlier would greatly appreciate that. I love the gym so far 😊 …

I. Initially was hesitant to become a member because I was used to the The Camp Transformation atmosphere...no machines except row or bicycle. I walked in and noticed their turf battle ropes kettlebell etc then all the machines! I knew I had to start somewhere being it’s been over a year since I been near a gym. I spoke with Alex & became a member..I never used a machine so I was pretty intimidated Thankfully my friend Barbara was familiar & shared her knowledge. I felt like I needed a push & noticed the trainers...spent a few weeks observing them & their ways with their clients! Barbara & I decided to do the complimentary session & Alex paired us up with Matt. The 30 min session had us sore for 2 plus days. I was thinking to myself I need this in order to reach my goals & get back to where I was a year ago!! Letting myself go wasn’t my intention but neither was almost loosing my dad whom was on life support so I was stress eating!! I then made the decision too ask Matt if he would train weekly with me..this was my first week with him & I like to call it a fitness beat down because he keeps you motivated focused and doesn’t let you quit!! Just when you think he may not be paying attention he really is and will correct you or say nope 2 more lol I have become more connected with my fitness goals mentally physically & emotionally. If your looking for a gym that is very interactive engaging and supportive in all your fitness needs than fitness 19 is your gym! If your looking for a trainer that always has your best interest in mind ask for Matt! All the staff are amazing and very welcoming. I don’t know what your doing right now but if you haven’t already go sign up!

In the beginning I was skeptical about joing fitness 19, but I'm very happy I did . My friend and I decided to join at the beginning of January and I absolutely love it here! I signed up with David the manager and he was very helpful and is always telling us that we are doing a great job and to keep up the good work with being consistent. The staff is very friendly and the gym is always super clean. If you want a amazing trainer I definitely suggest Matt ...you will feel like you're ready to die and you'll definitely be sore for a few days He always answers any questions we have and he's a excellent trainer . I definitely recommend this gym and Matt as a Trainer.

I really like this gym. For one, it has a variety of equipment and it's very organized as far as spatial layout. What I love the most is how tidy the place is kept throughout the day. I see one of the lead service specialist named Saniya clean and disinfect the surfaces and frequent touch points often when I'm there. I appreciate the standards this gym sets for itself. Great job!
