The place is clean, the have plenty of equipment, but don’t sign for classes, it’s a waste of money, most of the time the cancel the classes and nobody tell you anything, they don’t have another instructor when they don’t show up, very disappointed, I’m paying for classes I’m not reviving, the front desk very helpful, the new manager Mark needs to do his job

Great gym and if you need a personal trainer ask for matt he's a great guy and helps get great results I'm on my second month and going to keep going to this gym

It's okay: i never see staffers or associates wiping down the equipment, and in the men bathroom they tend to run out of hand soap a lot. They're also slow about fixing equipment.

Nice and simple, clean, machines and free weights. Opens early enough that I can usually get in, work out and have plenty of daylight left. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed!Black Friday or not you should treat your clients right.I was there today, black Friday, Michale was extraordinary unprofessional, and cold toward a repeat client. So went to thier Perris location to see if I could speak to someone. Wow, worst.My recommendation, ya it is cheap so is the attitude of their customer service.

I enjoy my work outs there. Sometimes its too crowded there. The best time for me to go there is around noon before 4. Take a pair of headphones the music there sucks sometimes. Happy workout!

This gym is supposed to open at 4:30am on weekdays. I have came twice in the last month at 5:30am and the gym is closed. The employee was over an hour late to the gym on both occasions. Several other members were in the parking lot waiting. I can understand it happening one time. But twice In less than a month is absolutely ridiculous. We pay monthly for this membership and wake up early before work to throw some weights and get our pump on. Very unprofessional establishment and I am considering cancelling my membership.
