Dear sir, Fitness 19 is still charging me even thou you are closed due to Covid19. I don't have any good feedback for that especially since I was unable to contact anyone to discuss options via phone.

Critical: unProfessionalismFitness 19 has been closed most of the year. Two weeks into the pandemic I call and sent email to cancel my memebership. They are still taking money from my bank account. Do not give fitness 19 access to your Bank account. You should pay cash, Pay the extra few dollars on your membership.

all cardio machines are nice spaced out! except when it comes to the weight machines by the mens and womens restrooms, you guys should really consider spacing each machine out by at least a couple feet, it's very uncomfortable to be so close not even 6 feet apart right next to someone.

I love the facility! A wide variety of machines to exercise on! Personal Trainers and the staff make my experience very fun. Love the classes that they offer and love they offer boxing and kickboxing classes. Would definitely recommend it here😁 …

First off, you cannot beat the price that this place offers. My 3 stars comes from the lack of equipment and the reality that some customers occupy upwards of 3-4 stations at a time, even if people are waiting. This can become a hassle when there is only one machine for different muscles and not multiple like other gyms offer. I will continue to frequent this place but will adjust my schedule to avoid the over-packed times and the entitled customers.

David and Stephanie are great! I had a problem with another gym and they not only apologized but went over and beyond to help me feel welcomed. This gym is way out of my way but for anyone looking for a professional gym this is one of the best. Thank you for all of your help!

Overall a great space to workout. Workers are polite and provide great customer service. I’ve never had any issues. Depending on what time you go, it can get busy and feel kind of claustrophobic. The manager, David, is also kind and friendly and very professional. Workers clean equipment and sanitizing wipes are provided in specific areas of the gym for customers to wipe down equipment after each use.
