You gotta wait and hunt down the machines and things you need to use. Gym is always packed. But you still get a decent work out in.

The place is ok to work out at. Very close to my job. However, Isa the front desk staff is very nasty, ghetto and unprofessional with a disgusting attitude. She needs to be better trained or replaced.

This is where I started working out so to me it's special. You can definitely develop a strong and disciplined mind coming to this place. The atmosphere is great on the weekends. This is a small gym, however, so if you want to have a workout without any kind of interruption, then being flexible regarding your workout helps. There are multiple ways of hitting certain body parts if the machines are taken up, being creative will help you figure them out.

The place is okay, it's a shame that they don't have machines for calves. Plus, they need at least 2 of each machine so no one has to wait a millenia for someone to finish their sets.
