Blink Website says Bedford Park location is about 75% full. Not true, we waited 1/2 hour outside on line and not one of the 10 people in front of us could go inside. They need to limit the number of memberships. What a waste of time.

This is my favorite location. It is close to home, near to train and buses. If you go early in the morning there is no waiting for equipment. I love the layout of the place and the staff are very friendly.

it is a nice location but the manager is rude, impolite and bad-mannered demeanor. The manager has unapologetic behavior. she so unprofessional and does not how to deal/treat customers. She needs a refresher course how to treat a customer. Customers don't leave bad companies, they leave bad managers.

I have never rated any establishment a 1 star but the customer service I received from someone claiming to represent blink as a club manager was totally disrespectful and sad. This person really is in need of some customer relations training and professional development big time. I have never witnessed a store manager wrongfully trying to blame other parent establishments when their establishment is the problem.I was charged for a second blink membership which I didnt setup, never entered the facility to get any membership tag or picture taken. Instead of using common sense and acknowledging these very logical view points, she became very ignorant, and unprofessional by attempting to merge the information in the computer between the two memberships. When I question her about the issue of my card being charged in her store, she only got angry and began lying on another store, which I respect which caused me to dismissed her nonsense, I will never allow someone as substandard as her to try and point her blame on.Moreover, to make matters worst, she spoke bad about me to a in coming customer just to show how ghetto, unprofessional, and weak minded she really is. Well genuis, I am proud Dominican/Haitian male who speak quite a few languages, but was professional enough not to reply to your ghetto minded mentality. But I have to say thank you so much for showing how ignorant your are, and being a sorry excuse for a woman. A real woman would have said her true words and never would displayed any cowardness by attempting to talk about someone in a second language behind their back.Thank you so much for reaching out to me that really means alot and I will change my rating on your establishment.

Just moved to Bedford Park from Norwood. Went to Blink as this is technically the local gym. Made a line to get in (close to 10 Min), which is usual in this age. When i finally went in i indicated that i was new to the are and wanted to check out the gym before enrolling. I was pushed towards signing the agreement and when i said i would like to see the gym first i was told to go outside again and request a pass online even though i was asking the person if there was a way in which he could give me the pass. Every gym that i have been to have done this and not turned away a potential new customer. After this experience i went back to my gym at Norwood and plan to continue going there moving forward and not mess with Blink again.

They really need to train there employees a lot more so they won’t make mistake on signing up and causing them more then hundreds of dollars. Now if you do yearly membership (that’s even better for blink people signing up for a whole year) they will charge a extra $60 once a year for maintenance fee!!! Makes absolutely no sense!!

Initially, I didn't have a problem with this location. As it's been a good environment for me to go & get solid workouts in, & leave feeling great. However, I was recently told that I can't record myself exercising using my tripod due to invasion of privacy of other members. My rebuttal to this is first off, if this is the case, then why is it that on every major social media platform they're individuals who are doing exactly the same thing? Both with a tripod, without a tripod, & even a camera man.I'm simply recording myself to ensure that I am exercising with proper form & technique. I'm not trying to record anyone else around me. But for some reason, I'm singled out when everyone else is doing the same thing. Including YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES.I find it very hypocritical & unprofessional to single me out. To top that off, this is the only location I've ever been singled out by an employee on this matter. At various other locations, they encourage us to do so. As I'm sure that they see it as free promotion for the gym. That is if the person chooses to share their stuff on social media. If recording in your gym is an issue, I'd like to see some fine print. I'd also like to see this policy enforced in EVERY LOCATION AT ALL TIMES. Don't try & single one individual out & then have literally tens of thousands of members posting stuff on various social media outlets. I would honestly like to know if such rules are coming from Todd Magazine or Gary Nadler. Otherwise, it makes zero sense.Secondly, I understand that there will now be an hour time limit for exercising at this location due to lines getting out of hand. However, I should be able to reserve a time slot for myself in advanced even before the lines were getting out of hand. It's extremely inconvenient as a member to plan on getting in a workout at 10am but then have to wait an half an hour or more in sub 40 degree whether during winter. This location really needs to take notes from locations such as 3rd Ave on 149th, or some of the locations in Manhattan like East 54th or the location in Downtown Brooklyn on Atlantic Avenue.

This was a decent gym before the pandemic. I understand that there needs to be social distancing but what ruined it for me was that the employees are now “acting dictators” who demand masks to be worn during CARDIO! The machines are all shut down to keep social distancing, CDC states that masks should be worn whenever social distancing isn’t possible. Every other gym makes people wear masks while walking around, or doing weights. Not cardio machines. The manager is worst of all, embarrassing everyone who doesn’t wear a mask even though there isn’t a person 20 feet close to that individual. Employees seem power hungry. I don’t know what’s the difference in no mask, and people who wear masks as chin straps or with their nose exposed, but to management that’s okay. Staff doesn’t wear their masks sometimes or they wear it improperly. I had to get out of there. Good riddance.
