I felt very motivated and confident in PT with Saddiq. I was able to push myself beyond my limits and prepare for a career goal that requires a lot of motivation. As a personal trainer he really uplifts and shows you that your physical fitness is all mental while bringing out the best results in you. He’s also passionate and leads by example meaning that during your session he will get down and do the workouts with you.

If you’re looking for results this is the place for you You are provided with a detailed meal plan, the option of 1 on 1 training or group training and goals. He is well knowledgeable in this field, holds you accountable, and follows up. I am pushed to be my best self every session. A trainer that will not give up on you even if you want to. When you train at rack squad fitness you have no choice but to win.

If you are looking for results , Saddiq is the way to go! He will push you past your own limits in so many different aspects of fitness . The best part of this program is truly having someone that cares about your overall HEALTH. He motivates you to see that it's not about the numbers on the scale but about an overall lifestyle change . I would recommend him to anyone , you won't regret !

Saddiq has been great at helping me get back on track. He listens and gives great workouts that will get you going and leave you feeling strong. He is someone who cares about his clients - checking in throughout the week to make sure you are feeling good and motivated. Highly recommend Saddiq as someone who can get you out of a rut and transform your fitness level!

Professional PT services that are helping me achieve my fitness goals, along with proper nutrition (counting macros/micros) under a plant based diet. Not only is my trainer helping hold myself accountable but he is checking up on me everyday and staying on top of my nutrition goals. Highly recommend these services!

RKSD- Fitness is more then brand it’s a lifestyle. Training with Saddiq for over the years has helped me to understand the importance of my mental and physical health. Saddiq ability to build trust with his clients and prove results is what makes this journey of reinventing Oneself worth going through. **The Pricing is also very fair and worth every Penney** Be prepared to Work!!! Saddiq is one of the Best trainers out here! He always asks his clients what is their goal and makes sure that you accomplish it. He also gives you a nutrition plan which is really great. Because eating right helps you achieve your goal even faster! TRUST ME you won’t regret it He is the best!

I’ve been training with RKSD Fitness for about a year and a half. While I consider myself to be in good shape, I cannot overstate how Haleem took me beyond achieving my milestone fitness goals! He’s thoughtful and takes the time to carefully craft workout and nutrition plans for each of his clients. Haleem is extremely knowledgeable about corrective exercises, emphasizing proper workout technique, and educating me on rehabilitative exercises after recovering from knee surgery. If you need accountability and someone with a great personality to get you started, or level up on your fitness goals — he’s your guy!

I began my fitness journey with RKSD in 2019, and he has been the BEST trainer I’ve ever had because he listens to your needs and executes if you apply yourself. He has been remarkable in helping me attain my goals, he does NOT take no for an answer and most importantly he makes you believe in yourself because he believes in you from day 1! I highly recommend you begin your journey with him too, you won’t regret it, it’s 2021 get off your behind and start.

Saddiq is an awesome trainer! I've had a lifetime of yo-yoing so have experienced working with other trainers and workout plans. I can confidently say, Saddiq is one of the best trainers I've worked with. He maintains a high level of professionalism while also providing an encouraging approach. He tailored all workouts for my needs including a weak knee and a temporary back injury. I started a 3 month journey with Saddiq to kick start a fitness lifestyle that would help me lose weight and build energy and stamina that I lost through the pandemic. At the end if 3 months, I regained a lot of confidence, energy, better sleep and fitness habits, lost close to 10 lbs (at 35 yo that's a lot!), several inches, and a dress/pant size! He understood I was more interested in gradual change that could build a new lifestyle rather than a quick approach and I got just that, maybe better. I highly recommend RSF!
