Today was our first day back since COVID started. I liked how some machines were closed to help with social distancing. I also like the crowd meter feature on the app. Our gym is giving each person his own spray bottle to more efficiently clean the machines once you’re finished working out. We’ll definitely be back.

The help was good and it was clean. They have alot of equipment for your needs. The colors are great. You need to check it out.

Could be the best Planet Fitness I’ve been to. The staff is helpful and super friendly. The equipment is Cybex VR3(best out there) it’s also very clean!

Man you should really check this place out if you haven't checked this place out you come in here nobody's allowed to make fun of you nobody's allowed to Snicker at what you doing or they're told to leave it's right there written on the wall like most things if you look at them with a clear head so keep it real lose some weight pump some iron make some muscles u get that cute girl you've always wanted

Never have an issue finishing my workout or having to wait for someone else. Plenty of options! The staff in the morning is exceptional! Been to tons of planet fitness and those one is my favorite.

10/10 gym, the tanning and massage chairs/hydro massages are great, plus the staff is friendly and it's very clean! Shout out to Austin who always greets me with a smiling face!

The staff is super rude. My wife has been trying to cancel her membership and they keep taking money. They took $54 today and claim they didn't receive their $39 annual fee on a canceled membership. I show on my bank statement they did in fact receive the $39.00 fee (we shouldn't be paying a $39.00 fee because we cancelled the membership) my wife called the Planet Fitness in Muncie the girl that answered the phone was super rude and not helpful at all. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank to get my stolen money back.

I love Planet Fitness! I may go in not really wanting to workout sometimes by it doesn't take me long to get inspired and motivated. My favorite things are: the upright stationary bikes, the treadmills, the bosu balls and the machine with the ropes attached - can't remember the name of it! Definitely get a membership and start working out - it's the best 10-20 per month you can spend!

Staff here is great, always nice, and super friendly. The people who work here are the sole reasons I'm giving it the 2 stars. However, the gym itself really sucks. We went here for over a year and we travel to different Planet Fitness locations whenever we leave town, so we have a lot of different ones to compare it too. The Muncie location has old equipment and seems like the hand-me-down gym of the state. We went 5-6x/week and regularly saw maybe 30% of patrons wipe down equipment after use. They don't have one of those Planet 360 gym pieces (which is one of the advantages of PF) and they rang the "lunk" alarm on people actually working out. Whereas this place is filled with Muncie locals who sit on equipment just to play around on their phones. There are signs posted everywhere about how we aren't allowed to use our phones while working out, can't talk on the phone in the locker rooms, and have to wear certain clothing beyond the "typical PF standard". These are all ridiculous house policies and are never even enforced, because there is always a handful of guys wearing "shirts" ripped to shreds that cover nothing or females who barely wear a sports bra. It's a gym in the most basic sense, but if you're really looking for a place to workout in town, get a membership at the BSU rec center or look into Big Time Barbell. Memberships are $50/month for a family plan (or it was when we signed up), they're 24/7, and they act like a real gym.

A great gym for beginners, Planet Fitness has some of the most dominant presence across the nation. Almost every single town has one! Their equipment is high-tech and caters heavily towards cardio. My only issue with the places the lack of free barbells above the weight of 60 lbs. However for 10 bucks a month you really cannot beat the price!
