Can't give any stars to a 24 hrs gym that closes everyday! I bought a membership for that very reason & now I get to be stuck in nowhere Indiana for the night

Convenient place to workout not usually too crowded. I can be in and out and have done what I wanted without much wasted time waiting around as machines and equipment readily available.

Ok I will start this off with if they would change their hours back it would have been a five star all the way. But they changed their hours after COVID it was no longer open 24 hours but we're still open late night where we could use the membership. Now we went last night and the hours have changed the latest they are open at 11:00 My sister can no longer go because she works until 9:00 We don't get there till 9:30 We can't tan and work out she had to cancel her membership because the hours are no longer there for her to come We always went at 11:00pm That was my workout partner so I may have to cancel mine as well to find somewhere that will be open later hours. I've been a member there since they came to Muncie except for about a year when I had to take a break. So sad they changed their hours and I know many other people that will be changing gyms as well.

Not a bad place, but I wish they went higher than 75 pounds on the dumbells. I know they're trying to target a specific group, but some people like the atmosphere but wish for a little more weight!

We have came every night in the evening time with no problems. We come in today Donald was extremely rude! We called Sunday to ask if they had a kid friendly area. The gentleman that answered the phone told me that the kids are able to sit at the tables as long as they're not a distraction. As my husband goes to scan his card today Donald tells us we aren't able to leave the kids at the table without adult watching them. As you guys pride yourself on a no judgement zone this was very discouraging! Donald was very judgmental with my kids. I won't recommended this gym to anyone. He is the manager of this gym which is considering itself!! The way the situation was handled was ridiculous! He told me to read the signs next time I come in!! Poor management!
