The staff is great, they have very good equipment to get the workout in, most (key word most) of the customers are friendly and would help spot you if you needed or just have a conversation during you break, no free weights, but oh well go buy a bar and problem solved. Definitely recommend

Only complaints are that the parking lot needs repaired very bad! Also machines are down for a long period of time making it difficult to find an open machine during busy time.
