I absolutely love this gym. My first visit had me changing my location immediately. The staff was amazing. Jonathan was friendly and helped me with several issues. Amanda and Roxas both jumped in to help me as well. I was very very impressed with the customer service that I had not experienced at other locations or other gyms.The tanning beds are great. They have a lot of them and they're definitely not old Clunkers that constantly have issues. The massage chairs are recliners and work great. The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment and has a nice atmosphere.I'm so glad I made this my home gym.

This gym has really gone down hill in the last couple months. There's always several machines and even toilets/urinals out of order and nothing ever looks clean. I live down the street from the la Vergne planet Fitness, but I will be driving the extra few miles to go to the one in Smyrna from now on.

We had been going to the Planet Fitness in Antioch and were not happy with lack of people working the counter (frequently missing) and the alarming issues with sanitation. THIS Planet Fitness in Lavergne is like a completely different business or something. This location is adequately staffed and VERY CLEAN. The locker rooms/ restrooms actually smell clean. The staff is very helpful and professional. We will likely come here from now on. Thank you!

Most bull gym, they charge you for the dumbest stuff always double billing you and then making some pathetic excuse. Gym manager is absolutely pathetic. Huge disgrace to the franchise.

Alicia Jackson was absolutely wonderful to tour with. She was attentive as soon as I walked in. She has great verbal communication skills and was hip and fun. She is very knowledgeable of the machines and their uses and gave a complete tour of the facility. Above and beyond - I am now a black card member. Alicia needs a raise!

They got everything but a scale. Like, why be a gym and not have a scale? That’s crazy to me. All the other gyms have a scale but not this one 🤔 …
