Been here a few times cause I travel for work. First visit was good second was also decent but noticed a few machines damaged some had signs on them some didn’t, which is a hazard. The rest rooms need immediate attention, showers were filthy and definitely need a good cleaning/sanitizing. Staff is friendly so that’s a plus. Now, that dumpster on the side of the building for God sake let’s do something about that ASAP. Trash is overflowing, all over the ground, it’s pretty damn bad. Get them dumpsters outta there. The owner of this franchise needs to get on cleanliness or this place will become a dump in no time.

The absolutely worst morning staff. One was actually sitting up on the counter feet and all. No greeting when entering or logging in or when exiting. Worn cables and pads on the equipment. This is the Lavergne TN location.

This is a decent gym, the cardio equipment needs to be replaced. I've been going here for several years and keep coming back.

I initially gave this location a glowing review for how clean and well kept it was as well as five stars. But all of that has declined over the last year or so. Six employees behind the counter and none of them can be bothered to acknowledge you or look at you when you check in is the norm. And I don't remember the last time I saw someone at one of my visits wiped down their machinery when done. And of course nothing is enforced. It's just gross and I won't be going back.
