I am a black card member. I am having issues almost every visit with no one being at the front desk. I have to sit and wait and hope they come back or go look for them. This is horrible customer service.

I’m biracial. I walked in and was told have to wear a mask. I’m looking around and noticing everybody around me not wearing one. I went back to go get a mask. I have a video of all the white people not wearing a mask.
