PF is the BEST gym in Nashville!! You can’t beat the quality and experience. No Judgment Zone!! Just plain old fashion butt kicking workouts at an affordable price!!

Clean, laid back environment. Plenty of machines to use, even though they are decently busy. Gym-goers always clean up after themselves.

Affordable. The equipment that I use is still fairly new and in good condition. The atmosphere is fairly laid back-consistent with PF's image. 24 hour availability is nice to have.

The greeter, he said his name is “edgy”. Was unfriendly, he was inattentive to the gym floor and over flowing trash cans all over the the gym floor, even after i brought the issue to his attention. He kept ignoring his job duties and continued to utilize his smart phone and sitting at the hub... very unprofessional and the gym was musty, dirty and smelly, needs better management!

This location was fine pre pandemic, but I wouldn’t recommend you come here if you aren’t FULLY vaccinated. It’s extremely muggy and HOT every time I go now, which means there’s no circulating air at all. No one is cleaning off their machines (no one is enforcing it either!), and no one wears a mask except for the staff. The teen and young adult workers aren’t cleaning the equipment as they should. The social distancing is not adequate. Rutherford County’s vaccination rates are TERRIBLE, so the odds of you contracting COVID while indoors is still high if you’re not fully vaccinated, and gyms were the center of numerous outbreaks.

I’ve been a member for 3 weeks. Staff is very nice always. But today I noticed that the men’s rest room had a strong smell of urine. Also for the passed 3 weeks the trash can outside has been overflowing with trash. These are simple fixes. Barely anyone except for the staff wears a mask.
