I drove 20 minutes each way to the club to workout and then shower and shave. They have zero hot water. I went up to the desk to inquire about the issue. The young man at the desk kindly pointed to a small sign that said no hot water. When I asked him about it he said it’s been that way for weeks. Then I tried to contact planet fitness corporate to tell them about it. They make it very clear on the phone that their places are individually franchised. That’s the best way to reach them is by email but if you have an issue you should talk to your club because I can best be handled there. If it can best be handled there why is it been going on for weeks? Very dissatisfied with this location.

TOO SLOW ADDRESSING ISSUES!!! It takes FOREVER to get anything fixed when it goes down. For instance:1)A cable machine has been down for 2 MONTHS. A replacement cable could be ordered off Amazon and been here in 24 hrs. Someone with nominal skills could have replaced this with ease.2) One of the urinals in the mens room has been out of order for 3 WEEKS +. WHY??? Call a plumber!3) The water fountain was out in the middle of the summer for 3 WEEKS! …. Now it’s out of order again. It will probably be another 3 weeks before it gets fixed.Bottom line… there is no way a professionally-run club should have issues for this long. I will be calling the corporate office to find out why the name of PLANET FITNESS is attached to such a shoddily-run property.I do not blame the employees but the management. The employees are great! But they don’t have the authority to buy replacement parts or get a plumber in.

This Planet Fitness is our home gym. Very nice staff, helpful and kind. Great gym equipment and very bright. Also in the bathrooms/showers. Very clean all the way around. Well kept together on maintenance. Nice sized showers, fittin' rooms are a good size as well. Instant hot water. Can't say enough good about this place. All other gyms are rated by comparison to this gym. Come to this one, It's great!!

Wish they would keep the water fountain working.Eveything else is clean, great staff. Good parking. Always feel safe and while it might seem harsh to just bring up the fountain. In retrospect, I will be upgrading to 5 stars.

Any pf always has the newest, most modern, & best maintained equipment and the vibe here is much better and laid back than just about any gym I’ve been to, way less annoying tryhards; but this location the staff sucks, male manager only hires 19 year old girls that don’t want to work & act like you’re bothering them just to use the premium services you pay for. There’s literally just the one kid who works, but if it’s not his shift the trash cans are always full, paper towels always empty, and I’ve seen bars with cleaner bathrooms.

Thus planet fitness is bigger than the Old Fort one. Its often clean and well kept. The bathrooms are the cleanest of all the planet fitness in this area. The showers are clean, and they're actually lit up, unlike the old fort location. The handicap shower is actually accessible, as opposed to the old fort location.It has more machine options than other planet fitness and the staff is usually nice.I give this location 5 stars because it's decent for a basic gym.

The check-in process is quick and easy. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and I feel safe working out there with the social distancing.

The facility itself is great along with the staff. The manager/trainer (tall black guy with a beard) at S Church St has been extremely nice and just great every since I’ve been going here for the past 3 years.

I like how friendly the staff is, how it actually feels like a no judge zone, and how clean the gym is all the way to the bathroom. I was nervous about trying a new location because of past experiences at another location, but going here makes my journey a lot easier

Signed up in December 2020. Per doctor recommendation, had to cancel; emailed, called, was told that a VERBAL conversation had to take place (by the manager) or nothing could get done. Followed up with the required, cancellation notice. You have been blocked by the fraud department at my bank, however, I used a debit card to pay the downpayment-associated with my mom's account because my card was on order for new account-and you are still charging her card. She never authorized you to bill her. Called today and clearly you aren't busy by the looks of the "Crowd Meter" but you can't resolve my issue? Charging accounts that have been canceled is FRAUD. It is your club manager that is not doing the right thing?
