Planet Fitness

They used to have signs on the machines to promote social distancing but they removed them. I hate that they did that. Otherwise, it's a nice facility. The staff is friendly and it's clean. The setup is much better than the one on Church Street.

I went in and cancelled my membership at the end of January 2021 and never went back. I woke up the other morning to me being charged at planet fitness, so i went and looked at the history and i had been charged numerous times. So i called the location that i signed up and ended my membership at and they said that the cancellation didnt go through when i had did it. They ended up canceling my membership over the phone, but im still out of all the money i have been charged for a membership that i had went in and cancelled in person and didnt use at all for the past year.

I visit this planet fitness location. the workers (guy)were just in the front desk talking and the male bathroom was filthy and disgusting one of the employees “clean the bathroom” prior but he just change the bottle cleaner and garbage’s bag away but all the trash on the floor and shower their was still clothes all over the floor worse planet fitness i been to and i been to more then 35 different locations

The equipment is great and there’s 2 of each machine but the patrons here kind of a greasy douchey vibe esp for a pf, on busy days i drive an extra couple miles to the other location.

I have had decent previous experiences with this location in the past, but after COVID, they updated to a cashless, cardless system, meaning that you can only have a membership at Planet Fitness IF YOU HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT. Maybe the corporate CEO is tone deaf in regards to working class, but not everybody has the luxury of a bank account. Does that mean that Planet Fitness believes that the poor doesn't deserve to be healthy?

The bathrooms are extremely dirty. Showers are moldy with used soap, disposable razors and empty shampoo bottles on the floor. Smells like it has not been cleaned in a very long time.

I've enjoyed every location except for this one and I've have been to many around the country. They were rude when I signed up and now rude when I'm trying to cancel because I live in a different state that does not have one within 3 hours of me. They are making me send them a handwritten letter and email is not sufficient. Ridiculous

It has everything you need for taking care of your body for a very reasonable price. I can crunch, jump, run, tan, use red light therapy and even get a hydro massage, all in one visit, as many times as I want in a month for $21. Tanning alone isn’t even that cheap other places.

UserDana SholarThe whole front staff was amazing and made me feel welcomed. The facility was extremely cleaned and sanitized. And oh my gosh the best tanning beds hands down. I absolutely love this Planet Fitness facility.
