Straight up the nastiest planet fitness ever. The urinals in the mens room dont flush and havent been able to flush for months now and it smells awful. I went on tuesday morning and someone took a dump on the floor the smell almost made me puke. That was the last straw omm I’m gonna cancel my black card. I don’t usually complain bc the bar is pretty low as far as being a gym for pf but they straight up dgaf at this one. Gym equipment is decent

Very nice and very clean location, first location I've been to that doesn't clean the machine you are using while you're using it so that is very nice lol very very busy at peak times but open outside of those times. Their separated areas for working out are great and all to the side instead of being spread apart or in in center of the room so you can feel a little more private to the side. Overall a good planetETA: the members here seem to be disrespectful because they tend to leave weights all over, there are barbells in the stretching area, plates left in areas they don't belong, and yoga mats left on the floor. I feel bad for the employees because they are constantly cleaning up after members, I came from a sketchy area in Michigan and we never had disrespectful issues like that from members

I like this club because it's closest to my home and work. I like to go there whenever I don't feel like traveling to the South Church location.It is smaller, and generally, has less equipment as some other locations. But it's still decent. The main gym is clean and well kept. I prefer the elliptical at this location, rather than S. Church.The only downside of this space is the men's bathrooms. They're often pretty smelly and a bit dirty. The handicap shower is very small, not handicable tbh. And the showers aren't lit up, so they're dark. They're also not the cleanest.But overall, good location, nice staff, clean main gym. Good for basic workout needs. I like to keep it as my home gym.

We usually go to the one on Church Street and absolutely love it. We tried this one and it did not meet our expectations. It's very dark in the showers, they are very small. Hot water takes forever to come on. Not very clean either. No complaints about staff. They were nice. But the maintenance could definitely be improved tremendously.

The lack of cleanliness in the men's locker room is disturbing. I have addressed with staff and club manager multiple times. I have filled out corporate surveys. I guess they are not concerned. Today I was late for work because I had to drive back home to shower. I will be joining another gym, I suppose.

I really like the atmosphere, it’s definitely a great place for cardio workouts, but it’s really hard to build muscle or get lean with the lack of free weights. I’d really appreciate at least like a set or 2 for free weight bench and squat. Personally, I think the machines they have with a bar just don’t work right for squats. It would be a top tier gym with that inclusion.

I love Planet Fitness. I switched to them from Murfreesboro Athletic Club not only for their low price but mainly because of their response to the pandemic. Unlike MAC, they required everyone to wear masks, and the workers were constantly wiping down equipment, and so were the customers. I saw none of this at MAC. Also the app is amazing with so many features to help me reach my goals, as well as a crowd meter. Being open 24 hours is another awesome feature. PF is progressive and appeals to all ages.

Took my mom here with my Black Card because we couldn't get to our trainer Friday. Smryna is my home Gym so this was my first time going to a different gym. The gym guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. If I'm on that side of town again I will definitely workout here again.

This gym. I like coming here, but I’m not understanding why I need to bring my card in here in order to buy water or Gatorade. I don’t feel safe doing that. That’s why I bring my cash. I know Corona going on. That’s the least they can do is at least let me pay that way. It did frustrating. What makes it worse is the person at the register says it’s nothing they can do, and just being dismissive. I’m just done.

Love it! Great atmosphere. The machines are effective and easy to use. Love being able to take a buddy with me.
