Good, cheap gym. Always clean. Showers are great. Plenty of equipment. I never have to wait for a treadmill. Plenty of TVs if that's important. Atmosphere is not intimidating or uncomfortable. Variety of people. Hydrobeds are awesome.

Not sure what has happened to this place, used to be nice and clean, but went there the other day after going to new PF primarily, and could not believe what a mess it was! Dust clumps all over by free weights, sweat marks coated treadmill, locker room was simply gross! I did notice female staff working so no excuse for locker room, AND female manager on site!! I was there over an hour and NEVER once saw staff on floor... What happened?? Used to be nicest gym around. I've run into many members saying they cannot believe how bad it is there.... C'mon guys, get it together!!!

I love Planet fitness! I travel a lot and enjoy being able to walk into a gym in any city and be able to work out, tan and get a massage!! I only gave 4 stars because of lack of cleanliness! I saw the same Q tip in the women's restroom for 6 full weeks in my hometown!!! I brought it to the staffs attention several times until I finally felt obligated to pick it up myself. I have found the same sort of problem in several cities.Otherwise a great place.

I love going. Due to school, I haven't been able to go too often this month. I love going at night when it's not too packed. The staff are iffy depending on. Who's there. But all in all great gym equipment and safe environment.

Pros- gym is nice/ clean and near work,so it makes it easy to go to. Cons- don't go between 4-9 cause odds of you getting a machine are slim (super packed during those times ) and the staff is basically not there to say the least. Don't greet you when you walk in or say goodbye to you why you leave and you stand at the counter for what seems like forever in order to get a tanning pass before someone finally gets off their cell phone or stops talking to another associate to even notice you are waiting. They were amazing when the gym opened and now not as much.

I joined Planet Fitness in 2018 after son recommended it to me. I was off to a slow start but when I finally got my schedule the way i wanted it has been great. I go every other day at different times and I love the fact they are always open. The staff is friendly and helpful. Really great place to exercise. Update...I have retired now and go very early in the morning...I love the 24/7 hours at Planet Fitness.

Love this gym but never fails that the tanning beds aren't clean. I don't doubt that they cleaned them but if you don't clean the inside of the part that you pull down on top of you then it isn't clean. Also same beds will have face bulbs out of order or music doesn't work.

I absolutely love the hydro massage bed. I love that I am able to take my 13 year old daughter to the gym as a guest every time I go rather than having to get a separate membership for her. The facility is well maintained, clean and modern. I love it.

I just left this gym for one better suited to my fitness goals, but that doesn't mean this place isn't any good. I personally feel like it's a great place for beginners and people who just want to get out and be active after a day at the office. The staff was always friendly and helpful when I was there, and the facility itself was always clean and organized. Based on what I am looking for in a gym, I realized this place wasn't for me.

I have been a member here for almost 2 years. I like the gym itself with the amenities especially the hydro bed and lounges. I would give that part a 4 or 5 star. It is clean too which I like. My problem stems from a disagreement that I had with a manager several months back and then I felt like I was personally attacked when one of her associates came to her defense I guess. I asked him to stay out of it but he didn't. I called the 800 number to make a complaint and that person was rude too. I never got a call back from anyone to discuss my concerns.Most of the employees are very friendly but there is one employee there that is very rude. He is a young black male. I don't know his name. For example when I approach him to use the tanning bed he will never make eye contact. He says very little. He never smiles. In fact it is really uncomfortable to deal with him. I always try to wait until someone else can help me. It is hard for me to conceive that I am the only one who notices this behavior. It is worse than poor customer service. He should be shown the exit door by management but he is still here. The only thing that keeps me coming back are the hydro massages.
