Ive been going for a year now and my goal was to gain muscle and get shredded. I’ve gone from 155 lbs to now almost 180 lbs and I’ve lost body fat too! Was doing gym twice a day to get back in shape but this is much more efficient. Just gym twice a week for hypertrophy, then f45 rest of the week and you’re set. And you get to train with knowledgeable and fun coaches and be surrounded by positive people.
