I love metroflex! I just moved to murrieta and now my entire life revolves around it literally! Food, supplements, and the view from the plate Load low row at sunset is actually quite spectacular!They have a very comfortable belted glute extension though. So that was good to hit the parts I couldn't hit on leg press. My glutes and hams have been neglected due to life on the road recently so I'll be using this machine alot while I'm here.
