Get gym! Been coming here for years, the people and staff are friendly and helpful. So many positive changes have came about since Sarah and Rich have taken over. Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s my favorite Fitness 19

Fitness 19 has many offerings. A great weight room, lots of cardio machines, varied class offerings. And, the place is super clean!

The staff is bright, bubbly and vivacious. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. The clientele are normal looking and not those mussel bound people who are constantly looking at themselves in the mirror. You can be healthy and stay in shape in a positive atmosphere with the staff's help.

Clean, adequate equipments and staffs services are present feelings as the exercise satisfaction feelings.

Great customer service. Friendly staff.. clean! Also lots of good workout equipment and classes!

Dirty and equipment has been broken for over a month. I have not seen a single person cleaning either unlike other gyms who hire someone to clean around. It is an okay gym but it cannot handle large volumes of people. Very poor sanitation and maintenance

When I signed up I joined because they gave me a deal on training and let me know the wildomar location had kids club and was the closest to me. I went in to work out at the wildomar location and they closed the kids club there! Mind you Ive only joined about 3 to 4 months ago, so I cancelled my membership because they closed it and I’m not able to drive out to murrieta all the time and defeated the purpose of why I joined. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I cancelled and I have been trying to get ahold of Rich through email, through calling and leaving messages.I have yet to hear anything back. Everyone was super nice when I joined but now I feel I’m just getting blown off because I cancelled and needed to get things fixed on my account. I’m super disappointed.

Way smaller gym than expected. Disappointed by the amount of equipment they have. Squat racks are smaller than other gyms and they only have a couple. I came from a gym that was 4x the size of this gym with a pool for same price so not impressed. Noticed that most patrons don't wipe down equipment after use. Wish I'd shopped around before committing to a year. They also wanted $400 upfront to add a family member - total scam.

I love this gym! The staff is very friendly and helpful with any question. I also like the cleanliness of the gym and that it has every machine I need for my workouts. I have been loving using the red light therapy machine!

Stay away! There are better gyms out there. Way too crowded. Rude staff and the place smells. If you are a female, beware of a trainer named Dwayne. The guy is a total creep. He will make you feel so uncomfortable. Tries to flirt, very awkward and will give you looks that are just not right. This place was all around a horrible experience!
