Awesome! And great customer service from jade! Thank you for helping me out on my account getting things fixed & figured out.Im giving a 2 stars not because of the service but due to lack of communication and understanding that I had with my agreement signing. I wasn’t aware of there being “late fees” Incase cashapp card declined the automatic payment. So I’m upset at the fact that this is a “subscription membership” not a contract. Spotify doesn’t charge me a late fee for a late payment with their service. I got charge $20 more to continue my membership. Please explain your agreements.

Randomly change policies for guests without informing them. All the signs in the building say guest can come one time free and $5/time thereafter. When i showed up the with on the door said guests welcome. I felt VERY unwelcome and she said that even though our membership said first time guest is free and she was trying to charge $10. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. We just cancelled our membership.The biggest issue was that I am a new mom and had a difficult birth, was finally cleared for exercise, got ready.. With a 2 month old, finally got baby to nap in his car seat and was accosted at the door for a trial run at a return for exercise.

I love this! best location in the valley! The workers really care about their costumers and their facility, its always so clean. My man Justin is always high energy and supportive in anyway that he can be!
