UPDATE: I've been coming here for a while now, and after today's workout, I just had to come home and write an updated review. This place is a straight up 5, PRIMARILY due to the fantastic staff and how clean they keep the place. Everyone is friendly, culture is laid back, price is right. You just HAVE to "PUT SOME RESPEK ON IT". All my points from my initial review still stand, however, you do adapt to the smallness of the gym, and can usually find another thing to do if someone is on the thing you want to be on.1st Review: I've been coming here for about a month now, overall I'd give this place 4 stars. This is a newly built gym, all the equipment seems to be brand new. No rips on any of the bench cushions. Dumbbells, bars, and plates aren't rusty. Everything is very clean, from the windows..to the walls...The staff here is great. I've never had any issues with parking during non peak hours. This gym reminds me of my high school gym, small but a lot can get done here. The 24/7 access is great. For the price, which is very low might I add, this is a good deal. The main reason I can't give this place 5 stars is because of its size and the volume of people coming here. This wasn't an issue for me when I first started coming here, I've rarely had to wait for the bench or treadmill to open up. I've been consistently coming here at the same time, and recently have seen more people here, which means you will find yourself waiting for others to get done with equipment. I'm not against more people coming here and using this gym, but this place is almost hitting it's max capacity already, IMO.Speaking of equipment, there are 3 squat racks (2 are regular unassisted, 1 is the assisted one with the tracks going up and down). There is only 1 flat bench, 1 incline bench. There are 4-5 regular benches by the free weight area, which can get crowded since it's all in such a tight area. I really like the "flex" room they have in the middle of the building: pull up bars, a lot of space for abs, lunges, etc. Locker rooms are small as well, 2-3 people can fit in there if they have to change, but 4 or more, and it can get a little awkward. For the price, this is a good deal. My only complaint (it being small) can actually be irrelevant, since this is a 24/7 gym. If you really wanted to, you can come here at 1AM and have this whole gym to yourself. The management is trying to remedy this by adding an additional room where they put the cardio bikes that were in the "flex" area before. Since the flex room is used for group classes like zumba and dancing, they really can't use that room for a dedicated free weight area. They'll probably keep the overall building structure as is for a while if not forever, but it would be awesome to get a second story on this building: 1st floor would be free weights / benches, second would be treadmills, bikes, machines. Glass windows facing the front and side walls would be A1.Some quick additional pros: Wifi is great here, no hassle when signing up (I was quizzed on the "3 pillars of fitness" when I just asked for a simple walkthrough of the Axiom Gym in Meridian...bruh), people clean up after themselves, machines are RARELY broken down.As of right now, this place is a strong 4, and for the price is a good value. If you come here during non peak hours, you'll have a good time. If you come here during peak hours, it will get frustrating. If you come here at 1 AM, you can consider this place your personal fitness palace where you can grunt and yell and blast 2PAC throughout the entire building. If this was a 2 story building, this would REALLY be an awesome gym. Still, this gym is probably one of the best ones I've been at, based off the entire package of staff members, cleanliness, and variety of machines / equipment, and price.

It’s okay. Don’t know if I will keep the membership. The gym is brand new, very clean, and employees are super friendly, but it is ALWAYS busy especially the weight area which is always packed with at least 6 or 7 guys and that is primarily what I want to use. Every time I drive by the parking lot is decently full . Yesterday I went at a little after midnight and it was still busy, tonight I went at around 10:30pm... busy. It’s a nice place but it’s a small gym so it gets crowded quickly. not the fault of the gym but personally, the whole reason I got the membership was to be in a smaller, less crowded gym. Will probably look elsewhere if it is consistently like this.

I don’t know why that person rated this one star. This gym is inexpensive. He obviously has something stupid against the gym. I switched from a way bigger gym. And for the space it has it is well used. Good equipment and so far never crowded. The owner went up to me opening day and shook my hand. They care about their customers. So far I love this gym. But the schedule should change on here because it is open 24 hrs with your key card. The only thing it is missing is bigger dumbbells and a deadlift station.

I love these gyms! I've been to them all and I've never had any issues with the staff or anything. My only complaint for the Nampa location is that it seems like every time I'm there the staff is cleaning. Which is no big deal except that at this location they seem to really get in the area your trying to workout in. Instead of just waiting until I'm done they go right behind me or in front of me. So I'm tripping over vacuum hoses while trying to lift weights. It's not very safe. So I either have to pause my workout so they can vacuum and mop or work out unsafely. Either way it takes away from my workout. I've never dealt with that at any of the other locations.
