Years of overbilling after trying to cancel membership. Started in LA in 2018 and tried to cancel multiple times online and in person and in writing, I had to change my bank account stating it was compromised after they still charged after changing my card and telling the bank to no longer authorize any charges. This happened also to my Partner Sarah and my mother Bridget Folan, over the time span of years they have robbed us of thousands and I know that they won’t even begin to rectify this situation. This place reeks of scammer, go out and hike or something. I have photo evidence of everything.

Everything was fine until one of the workers told me that I can't take my daughter under 13 years old. I think it was a little racist with Migo because people always come with their children under 13 and they never say anything like me. The children exercise and my daughter told me that she could not enter that she had to wait sitting on a table that they have at the entrance.

There is no grab bar at any of the showers. Slick marble out of the showers made it dangerous. The disability was out of order in Napa CA.They need handles at each shower. I call them oh s*** handles at all Planet Fitness
