I’m new to the area and have been looking for a gym to join. My friend recommended Anytime Fitness because he loves it. I did a quick google search that led me to the website. I was so excited to see they do guest passes so I could check it out first. I immediately signed up, got the email confirmation with the guest pass details, and drove to the gym. When I walked in there was no employee to be found. I waited for 6 minutes (I timed it) before he appeared from a back room. I explained I have a guest pass from the website and he proceeded to tell me this location doesn’t accept guest passes even though the website says they do. I walked in with the intention to sign up for a membership, but I immediately left and finding out this company and location lies to inquiring members. You lost my business today and forever.

Gabriel is the best trainer out there!! He will teach you correct form and is extremely attentive! The gym is exceptionally clean and has a good variety of equipment.

To be honest the gym is nice when there's no one around, but you can go to any gym and have that depending on the time. I walked in to cancel my membership because I haven't been going and don't want to waste money. Once I told the owner this he immediately began to insult me. Said I gained 30 lbs, which is rude and untrue, then he began to tell me how sad and depressed fat people are. He even went so far as to tell me about mental health issues, suicide, and deaths in other peoples family. This had nothing to do with me paying off my membership and canceling it.That's not normal. Customers are supposed to be served, not berated. The approach is terrible and the owner isn't a good person, just a rude salesman. If you want to go to Anytime Fitness go ahead; just not this one.

First time at this gym was a few weeks ago and what a great experience! The entire facility is impressively neat and clean. The staff is so friendly and non-intimidating which is a big bonus for me. I was helped out by one of the personal trainers, Ejay, and he went above and beyond with his assistance. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help me with any questions I had.Overall, the environment of the gym is so welcoming and it’s never been extremely crowded unlike other gyms I’ve been to. If this gym is close to you, I would definitely recommend it.

Not sure why this location doesn’t have higher reviews. This gym is great. Open whenever, not too busy, good people.

I have never posted a review of a fitness center, but felt compelled to now. The only reason I found this review via Google maps is because I was looking at alternate sites, even though this one is very close to my new home.I encountered the same thing several others have reported. I barely could walk in the door for the first time before Mike was on me about a change of shoes. I want to state that he wasn’t mean or rude. But as a guest, it’s a bit off putting for a first impression. He gave me his card, I went about my day.A few days later, I was doing seated back rows. I apparently let the weights down too quickly. I know this because Mike was out by me again, politely telling me about the “no slamming weights” policy. Let me be crystal clear: I have been to a number of gyms in my life and seen slamming of weights. This was not that. While nothing he said was rude, it’s again off putting to have someone come from seemingly out of nowhere mid-workout. He proceeded to start the exact conversation we had a few days earlier and offer to get me his card, until I reminded him we have already met.Mike—I’m writing this directly to you: it’s not necessarily anything you have specifically said or done (at least in my opinion), but moreso the manner in which you present yourself. Even your response to these messages is unprofessional and off putting. I’m sure you may be correct with the retorts you’ve offered to some of the people, but it’s just bad customer service. Although you may be following things to a “T,” at some point I’d think the repeated feedback would result in some degree of behavior change. That you instead respond in what appears a very defensive manner shows unwillingness to listen to the feedback of clients. I doubt this message makes any difference, but am sharing it in hopes it does. You have a clean facility, but—from my perspective—there’s some little changes in approach that would go a long way.Edit—Mike: You are proving my point here man. I’m giving you honest feedback, not about the policies, but about your approach. I have no problem following rules and complied. The part I—and many others—are commenting on is you. This is why you have so many negative reviews. Instead of honestly assessing if there’s any change to your approach, you respond by getting defensive. Good luck to you.

Great place to work out. Friendly trainers and manager. I was a bit hesitant at first, but it’s been clean and courteous fitness journey since January 2022. They have rules on using clean shoes which definitely helps keep the place clean.

Mike has different rules than any other anytime fitness. You will NOT find a cleaner club than here. If you are visiting from a different anytime fitness you might want to find a different location. It is a clubhouse. Just because you pay a membership doesn't mean you can be a slob. You probably would be better off joining a different Club. Remember it's a business and try to respect the business owners rules. Unless they changed. It's a very small and very limited Club. You can stay healthy with what they provide here. As far as contracts always read the fine print. Some clubs are more flexible

This is what a gym is supposed to be like. Clean, friendly, and caring management. The environment is contagious where your will want to workout and improve, but also want to keep the space clean and ready for the next person. Mike, please do not change a thing!!

Terrible manners, And very unprofessional. I just wanted to work out and they made me feel very unwelcome every time I went there. Their shoe policy is very stupid, they want you to change gym shoes in the building, because they don't want their floors to get dirty??? We are paying a lot for this and they act like if they are doing you a favor by working out at their place. if I could they will get ZERO STARS.
