My husband and I joined Orange Theory when in opened. We loved it right from the start. The workout was great and the trainers took the time to get to know you. It really felt like we had a personal trainer. We never loved working out until we started coming to Orange Theory. The trainers make the workout fun and we love it that they give a "shout out" when you are doing well. The entire staff is great. Kudo's to Ryan, Jordan, Taylor and Lyndsay for all your encouragement. We will be lifetime members for sure.

Love Orange Theory Fitness, Naperville. Everytime walking in the door, doing a class makes me feel a little more stronger. All the coaches are excellent. Absolutely love them. They are full of energy and motivate us a lot. The classes are well organized. The workout keeps on changing so you don't feel like doing the same thing over and over again. The front staff is amazing.

Love, love, love this place. I've always been athletic, and working out has always been part of my routine, but OTF offers so much support and encouragement. Because of this, I've been able to hit my personal best fitness goals. Training with a group is encouraging and motivating, and the trainers always give one on one affirmation and guidance. Best hour workout-- you won't be disappointed.

I took my first Orangetheory workout just over two years ago and I have been hooked ever since! I never thought I would be someone who actually likes working out but I can honestly say that I look forward to walking into the Orangetheory …

It's a great work out--I've been going here for more than 2 years and a lot of my friends have joined as well! Have never been this fit before and can't imagine a better work out than this!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!Just as Kevin wrote their cancellation is system is HORRIBLE and didn't work for me AT ALL!I would have never gone to Orange Theory Fitness if I knew what I know now. After trying a class a couple classes at the Naperville and Orland Park location.I decided not to continue a membership with them; I cancelled according to their policy by going in to the Orland Park location and filled out paperwork. BUT I WAS STILL BILLED FOR ALMOST A YEAR WORTH OF CHARGES!I was not checking the credit card statements and was unaware they were billing me. As soon as I found out I was being billed I called Orland and spoke with Zach, HE TOLD ME THAT REMEMBERED ME CANCELING, he said to me that there was an issue getting some paperwork to the Naperville location, and that's why I was accidently being charged. At the end of the conversation Zach was clear I wouldn't be getting charged anymore, and he would get back to me about the mis-billed months so that it gets refund. After not hearing back from Zach, I reached out to him to see what was going on, AND BECAUSE MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN!!!!!!!! , and there was no resolution of the prior months that I was wrongly billed for.I called so many times, one time I talked to a girl working there who told me she wishes she could refund me and that people call the location all the time trying to get refunds from similar situations!!!!!!!After finally getting ahold of Zach, he was not able to help me. So he passed on the email of his regional manager Jen.After several attempted emails to Jen with no reply, I called corporate. Which is a joke to even try to get ahold of anyone there. The corporate operator eventually got me connected with Jen, who was of no help at all. She listened to my story and I sent her emails. She said she would look in to it several times, but she would never get back to me.Jen and Orange Theory haven't resolved my issue, and my last email to Jen has gone unanswered. I never received any product or service from them for the time in question.I followed that cancelation policy, Zach remembered me canceling, I was flat out told that there was an issue on their end getting my cancelation papers to Naperville, and I still have no resolution.I have been given the run around for months and I am owed close to a $1000. They are lacking organization, terrible at communication, and have really demonstrated their neglect for customer service through this process. I am so disappointed and would never ever suggest them based upon my experience.SHADY BUSINESS… NOT CARING FOR PEOPLE, JUST WANTING TO COLLECT PEOPLES CREDIT CARDS AND WRONGFULLY BILLING THEM!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!I started OT two years ago and have referred at least 15-20 other patrons. In the good old days when Fabian, George, and Hawk were there everything was really top notch. Customer service (Britney) was excellent and the work outs unique and fun. Last year in December after not being able to get into any classes and half of the best trainers leaving, I decided to take a break. I called to cancel my membership. They informed me I couldn't do it over the phone and asked I come in to sign the form. It wasn't convenient, but I did go in and was given a freeze form. I signed it and figured it was fine. A month later I noticed I was still being charged. I called, they said they would take care of it. 3 months later I noticed the charges still on my statement. I called and again was told they would take care of it. Now 9 months later, I have been charged every single month. Charges to the tune of almost $600. I called and was furious. I spoke with the new manager Bill who told me right away I couldn't be upset because this is the first HE had heard of it... What? He promised to take care of it and call me the next day. He never did. I called 2 days later and asked for Bill and was told he wasn't in. I asked that he call me back. He didn't. 3 days later I called - no answer. I called again, Bill answered. He said he wasn't going to refund my full amount because I signed a freeze form and those are only good for 3 months ( which still wasn't followed- I was charged the whole time). I was so upset at this point and simply asked when I would have my money back. He told me he would call me the next day. It has been another week, no call from Bill. I can't imagine how many people had this happen. There are way better places to go in this city. So shady.

While its a good workout, beware they make it inconvenient to cancel your membership (in the digitial age you must come in and fill out a form). Arhhhh!!!!!The only one that benefits is the club. You should be able to cancel over the phone. There is no reason why not. When a customer knows they will not use ...they know.

I’ve been to many personal training places over the years. My biggest complaint is that it typically is one on one and does not always inspire me to have the trainer watching my every move. The best part about Orangetheory Fitness in Naperville is that the training session is actually group oriented. Personal Trainers encourage the whole group to perform and by the end you are so fired up you don’t even realize how much time has passed. The workout is scientifically designed to help you build muscle, burn fat, and keep your energy high. I will go no where else for a personal trainer in Naperville. By the end your left feeling like you can conquer the world one workout at a time.
