This is the best workout I've ever done with some of the best coaches in the business! They all truly work to get to know you, make you feel comfortable, and help you push your limits in the most positive and safe way. This is a great value and you'll see results. I've been to many studios and I'm proud to call this one home!

I love OrangeTheory. They offer a variety of templates that combine endurance, strength and power that keep me motivated. I have a sense of FIMO when I skip a workout. The Gartner Naperville studio is the BEST. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and constantly inspire me to push myself. Take them up on a free class. You'll love the atmosphere, the community and the immediate results.

All body workout. Love the rower b/c it's your body carrying you. Hadn't been able to run for 10-years, pinch nerve, so started as a PW, jogger & runner. The changes are incremental, but years of consistency when you step back you'll notice the difference. Working you have to have a thought that it's like a marathon (long-term benefits), not the sprint (how fast I get there). You will have good & bad days. Your strength comes from what you do when you have the bad days. Pick yourself up and don't quit. Go easy when you're sore, not all days have to be all-outs.

The staff was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable about the workout. I found the workout was just what i was looking for, strenuous enough to feel like it was an hour well spent without being overly complicated / taxing.

I arrived via Uber since I was here from out of town. My Uber was pulled over so I arrived exactly 6 minutes late. After taking a stressful $20 Uber, the OTF guy at the front desk smug-ly said “can’t let you in”.Really dude? Very poor and rude customer service. I’m a long-standing member of OTF and letting me jump on a tred 1 minute late would be completely fine.

I’ve been working out at OTF for a few months now. The coaches and front desk staff are amazing, the workouts are tough, and I always look forward to my workouts. Love this place!

I’ve finally found the workout plan that works for me. It’s motivating, fun and I feel great after the class is over. It was a little intimidating and nerve wrecking at first but I just have to get myself to class and before I know it 1 hour has gone by and I’ve gotten a great workout! Definitely recommend it to anyone who lacks the motivation to push themselves with a normal gym membership. With orange theory the workout plan is already done for you and you have your coach to push you! Absolutely love it!

Probably in my top 3 fave Orangetheory studios and I've been to A LOT! I workout there at least twice a week. The staff is so positive and welcoming! Members are also very encouraging to eachother. What I like most about this studio is the staff is understanding when it comes to changing class times (either coming in to an earlier class or if your running late to a class and need to cancel.) More great things: They are super clean and have a spacious lobby. Inside the workout area each station is a good station because theyre are ample tv screens around, and the floor stations are nice and spread out from eachother. The coaches are 110% focused and attentive to all the members. They play a variety of music which is nice because I've had some coaches who play the same stuff over and over and it gets annoying. Lastly there's always cool challenges or promotions going on so keep an eye out for that!

I started Orange Theory in June, and I love it! The staff and coaches are amazing, and even though it’s a group class, it’s very personalized to each individual. Orange Theory makes working out exciting, while helping you reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend Naperville OTF!

I decided to dive into my fitness journey again on October 30th. During quarantine I fell of track, and really began to feel bad about myself, my body, and mentally let myself go. I took my first class, it kicked my butt, but I immediately signed up because I felt so motivated, and felt no judgement. Now I’ve gone for five consistent classes, and don’t ever want to look back. I’m already feeling better! All of the coaches and staff are so wonderful; I’ve been going to mostly Coach Lindsay’s classes and I have to say, LOVE her and all of her positive energy. She encourages me, and is so fun; she really creates a safe and warm environment! Thanks OTF Naperville!! Riley
