Naperville PF employees Brittany & Alicia are wonderful. Brittany always greets & says goodnight with a big smile. She is polite & respectful!Alicia cleans meticulously & is polite & respectful as well.Both girls are consistently hard-working, & a real asset to PF & it’s members!

I have been a member of planet fitness for many years. I recently had some major life changes and had to cancel my service. I went to my local gym in Naperville, IL and canceled in person. signed and received an email confirming.Well they charged me twice afterward. the monthly fee of $25.04 and $40.04 annual fee. I called and went to the gym 5-6 times and they would never refund me. I disputed through my credit card and planet fitness said I do owe that money so they won. Come to find out Planet fitness started a new contract without my consent, after I canceled and then sent that new contract with a forged signature to my credit card company to make it look like I still owed the money. This is absurd and makes me want to hire a lawyer! I will keep fighting, not because of the $65.00 but because I will not be taken advantage of by this company!!!!

The amount of cameras in this gym should not be aloud. Filming your workouts is one thing but when there are other people in your videos it’s extremely uncomfortable at 5:30 I entered the stretching room an halfway through my workout I noticed I was being filmed by a lady in long pink leggings and braids for about 15 minutes I was in the background of her video this is UNACCEPTABLE and AN INVASION OF PRIVACY there should be a no filming policy enforced by the employees. Will not be back

The kiddos and I love this gym! It’s friendly staff, clean locker rooms and equipment make it a great choice! Their friends joined too and we all get a great workout whether we hit the weights, treadmill or anything in between!

I got a temporary pass while visiting from out of state, and they will not cancel my membership unless I show up in person or mail them... This is the 21st century, let me do it online you n00bs.

I switched my membership to this location and after visiting several times, this time my key chain reader was flagged and Valeria and Sydney attempted to help. They were rude, not trying to help and were so inept, I was sent back to my original location to get this in order even though I already changed locations. This staff, especially Valeria is totally unfit for this customer service roll & felt racially profiled during this interaction with them. Karolina Baca, the district manager, wouldn't even listen to my side, refusing to do her due diligence in serving the public and behaving like an actual manager. I canceled my membership and will not be going back.
