No Star. This guys are taking the money from me even though I am not using the Gym. I have not used the gym for more than one year and sent request for termination through mail two months back but still they have not stopped. When called they simply say they have not received any letter. How can they miss only the letter which ask for membership termination. All who has given good reviews, please try to cancel your membership. Then only you will come to know about the bad business practices.

I love PF! I’ve never had any issues at this gym and I always feel welcomed! I love the “no gymtimidation” slogan and how people with different body types, workout styles, and who go at different paces can come here and feel comfortable while working out; not feel judged or like they’re being stared at by people who are in very good physical shape. The equipment is always working and in good condition, up to date (as far as not being stuff from the 80s), and clean. They are very good at sending members emails to notify of any changes going on so we can plan accordingly and the staff is absolutely phenomenal!!! Everything about this location is great and although another location recently opened a little closer to where I live, I alway drive the extra mile or so to come to this one! :)

Didnt like it. Attendent couldnt be found when we needed her both times. We found her 10-15 mins later in the back on the phone. I got a reaction from the machines that made my skin red. The locker rooms were nice though.

Went to the gym yesterday and it was ridiculously hot. I’m not one to complain but when it’s 80 degrees out, the air should be on, especially in a public gym. I gave a call today to see if they had the air on, otherwise I would go to another planet fitness, no problem. So I called and asked if they did and he said yes they do (the guys name was Tim, Tom, tony, couldn’t catch the mumbles coming out of his mouth). I asked what it was set to just out of curiosity and he said 77 degrees...that’s cooking!! So I asked why they set it so high just because I’ve been going all week and I’ve been super uncomfortable. He waited for 3-5 seconds and then responded, “so do you have any other questions?”....uh yeah I do smart a**...how do you have a job still with an attitude like that?!?? So I went to the Woodridge location, AC was set to a normal temperature and the staff actually talked to me like a decent human being. Btw Naperville location’s locker room smells like a dump every single time I go. Hold your breath while you’re in there.

The pro is the cheap price. But this club suffers from the same problem as much clubs today, although it may be worse at PF. I've never seen anyone monitoring the floor, so you get a lot of people who sit on machines, pull out their cell phones, and then yell at you if ask to do just one quick set. Member etiquette is poor. I guess you go at 3am you can do a workout in a reasonable time.

Generally a reasonable place to work out. The price is good and the equipment is sufficient. What is really annoying ...and the staff does not address when a complaint is made:: the high high high number people who park themselves on a machine and play with their cell phone, send a text, read a message Etc and they're not being productive at all. I go there to work out in a quick fashion, and get to work. I've even complained to the staff and they say "well we can't really say anything to them or else then they'll write a bad review about us". Seriously? How rude of people to just park themselves on machines, play with their phones and ignore the fact that they're preventing someone else from working out ...RUDE RUDE RUDE

In general, this is a good gym - clean, friendly staff, and mostly organized, and have everything I need, *except*, the hair driers are not all functioning in the ladies' locker room, and it's been a few months that nothing has been done to fix them.

Wasn't explained to me that the annual fee wouldn't be charged only if you cancel five days or earlier before the charge date, I thought it could be any point before it. Now I'm being charged $40 for absolutely nothing, should've gotten an email reminder or anything to tell me that it has to be five days.

I don't care what anyone says about PF, I'm a HUGE fan. I'm not a juice head so I don't care what some swelled ape says about PF not being a real gym. They have everything I need to keep myself in decent shape. Plenty of cardio options. Free weights. Machines... Free tanning and hydro therapy massage with black card membership. For an average person who just wants to get/stay in shape, you can't beat the place!

I love using the treadmill while watching TV, and they recently added individuals TV for every treadmills and elliptical. They also have treats for every second day of the month. $20 a month and you can bring a friend at all time. Plus, you get to use their tanning, massage chain and other perks if you this membership.Pretty good deal in my opinion
