Hard to cancel. Essentially stole $150 from me after the key fob was disabled. My debit card number changed (as they do frequently because of fraud), and I was sent to collections with no notification from the gym. I reported this gym to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Federal Trade Commission.I recommend working out Planet Fitness for a fifth the price, similar level of cleanliness (not great) and same amount of broken equipment.

I originally signed up in 2022, for what I was told was a month to month, that could be cancelled in writing. I showed up in March 2023 and my account had been cancelled. When I was finally able to find a staff member to resolve my problem, I was told the previous manager did many things incorrectly, including putting a termination date on my membership. I was reinstated with a new account, given a contract to sign, and told I would continue to be on a month to month agreement.It is now June 2023 and I am attempting to cancel my account but I am told that I owe the remainder of my balance for a year long contract. When I amicably responded, I was sent the contract that I signed - after I had been told it was month to month. I should have read the contract instead of assuming the person speaking to me was actually continuing the membership I originally signed up for. I am not interested in determining malice or incompetence, I just want to cancel my account.I am unsure if this is blatant predatory behavior or ineptitude on behalf of the staff present. This gym is typically mediocre in terms of cleanliness, towels are no longer offered, and staffed hours seem to be more of a suggestion. If you are on the fence about joining this gym, just go somewhere else. Things are often broken, part of the ceiling had fallen for 2 weeks due to some sort of leak, it is expensive, not much is offered for what you pay, and there are other options out there with a much better value. By all accounts, do not trust anyone that works there to tell you the truth - as I have unfortunately found out they have no integrity.

This gym is small but has everything you need. I was going to sign up here but the combination of price and enrollment fee is what changed everything. In terms of size and equipment, this gym offers much less than in surrounding areas, but at a more costly price. The person who gave us a tour and told us about memberships was kind and helpful, but the fees and dues here weren’t worth it to me ultimately.

Good equipment and clean.

This has been my daily morning gym since I relocated to Nashville and I love it. People are respectful, I even lost my watch and it was still at the location. Any other gym it would have been taken.

Decent equipment but the staff is very rude, also can we please have something besides Fox News on tv. Especially during football season.

Kinda wish they kept it cooler inside and traded out an older elliptical for a Precor Elliptical AMT 100i: Commercial Grade. They have one at the anytime fitness gym in hendersonville and it's amazing.
