The staff at the Derby Edge has always been welcoming and friendly and incredible helpful. All the trainers are always accommodating and understanding as well, making classes and PT a fun time. Roe is also always so energetic when you walk in, reflecting a great aura of the gym ☺️

I must say, I have been to many gyms over the last decade but this edge has been my absolute favorite one. The equipment is always clean and staff is extremely friendly. Roe has always made it a point to ask about the day to day struggles and it is good to know that there are individuals whom care about what they do for a living and the members of the facility in which they work. I wound give it 10 stars if they had a suana 😅😅😅

Been coming to the Derby Edge for a year and a half and the staff, the cleanliness of the environment and all the customers are spot on for a healthy and motivational work environment. A shout out to Roe, who helped sign me up and has kept me motivated throughout this time. Highly recommend!

The Edge in Derby is wonderful. I’ve been with Richard L.- fitness trainer for 7 years now. He is professional, dedicated, patient, funny and caring. He truly cares about your individual needs. Ro and Patti and all the other individuals at front desk friendly and always helpful.

Roe the girl in the morning treats every customer with courtesy and respect, always going above and beyond, which is why I continue to go to the edge. Same can be said about pattie Barber, who is the best example of what proper customer service is all about. The edge in derby has 5 star workers, and for me as a customer I know that they will do anything they can to make my membership at the edge the best experience it can be

Great facility and great staff! Classes that are offered are amazing! Shout out to Carolina for personal training. Since I started training I been hitting all of the fitness goals with the plan she came up with!

This is THE cleanest gym in CT, you can eat off the floors.Staff always available , equipment always kept in new working condition.Most gyms have worn out equipment with torn seats. Plenty of cardio equipment , never have to wait for it. East Derby Edge, you won’t be disappointed !!!!

The edge is derby is great, but I come every single day because the worker in the front Roe is the sweetest person I’ve ever met and makes my morning every day. You won’t regret talking to her and it makes me more motivated to get up and go to the gym everyday just to see her before my workouts.
