ILKB North Haven is one of the best gyms around. They have so many classes throughout the day to fit my schedule and the coaches there are amazing. They all encourage each other and the class participants in such a positive way that even though you feel you can't go on because you're so tired, they make you want to come back day after day!! The positive energy is addictive and much needed!! I wish I could have stayed at my travel nursing assignment longer to be able to keep going to I love Kickboxing....because I do!! I Love the physical workout so much you don't realize how much of a positive change your body is going through!! They also try to celebrate your milestones, such as your "50th class", your birthday, etc. They are an amazing group of people with such positivity, it's wonderful!!!

I decided to give this kicking class a try. Unfortunately after purchases 4 classes on the Groupon website. It went completely left you're scheduled to arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class. As all doors are locked needlessly it never happened while instructors were nice. It is better for me to take the L. Everyone else's experience will be different from mine . Hopefully it will be the fit for all new potentially customers.

READ THE CONTRACTS THOROUGHLY AND DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING SAID VERBALLY DURING THE SALES PROCESS.Good classes, misleading and aggressive sales tactics. I went in to purchase individual passes to try out the gym, and was aggressively sold a 3 month pass. Turns out the contract auto-renews at the end of the 3-month period, and I discovered that I was being charged half a year later. Management told me that they were not authorized to give me my money back.

Friendly staff, The place is very clean and my first day with Erik was amazing Erik is very polite, beyond happy and I love that about him good vibe, humble and is determined to help me any way to meet my goal! Met Kara she’s awesome great personality, This is a happy place for anyone to join it you won’t regret because I sure won’t!!!!!

ilovekickboxing north haven is such a scam. i’ve been trying to cancel my membership and they still want to take money out of my account and threaten to send me to collections over $130. When I have nothing to pay for because I haven’t attended their classes in MONTHS. this is not the first time they’ve done this either an old friend of mine experienced the same thing when she tried to cancel her membership. they’re not getting a cent more from me. Do not recommend going here.
