This place was very conveniently located. Not very crowded. It's not the most complete gym setup, but for visitors from out of town, it was great.

This is a lovely powerlifting / strength training gym in a super unique location. They have all the equipment needed for powerlifting or strength training and even have a lovely outdoor area in an industrial vibe. I've been here a few times and have done day passes since I don't live in the area. It's easy, they let you in and you Venmo, done. Each time I've been there it has not been busy and all the equipment I needed was available quite quickly.

Literally one of my favorite gyms that I’ve ever been to. Traveling across the country for the past week I’ve been to seven gyms from FL to Phoenix and this one tops them all. You’ll see what I mean once you step foot into this gym. It’s old school. Brick wall layout, and wait till you see the outside extension. Very friendly environment. The employees and owners are extremely nice and accommodating.I never leave reviews but this family owned gym 504 FITNESS deserves all the recognition.

This gym has what you need to get in a good strength training session. The outdoor courtyard is AMAZING. Staff are friendly and helpful. Locker and bathrooms are very clean. Definitely check this place out if you want something a little off the beaten path.

Great gym for a $15 day pass. All the free weights and machines you need, plus a cool courtyard for some functional and Strongest Man stuff. Cement balls? Check. Tire flipping? Check. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in NOLA.

A really nice well kept neighborhood of homes. Quite and friendly people living in the subdivision. It appears to be a great place to put down roots. I felt safe and welcomed as I went about my job.
