Great gym with solid equipment. They have what you need if you’re a casual lifter or if you’re a more serious powerlifter.Visited during non-staffed hours and it was easy getting access. I messaged the gym and they replied saying I could Venmo them out drop in fee and they’d send me a code to get in the building.Will return here for sure when I’m in NOLA again.

For 10 bucks a day for day passes, this is a great spot to get your lift in while in town.Everything you need to a quick workout

This was a solid gym option in terms of proximity to the Milan area, cost, available equip. Indoor space is nice and air conditioned. Outside had a very industrial vibe. The brick overlays felt like you're working out in a post apocalyptic war zone! The mix of quality functional equipment and some "homemade" toys like Atlas stones and cement "dumbbells" was a fun touch. Would've gone back, but frankly was too hungover most days lol

Been a member for a little more than 6 months. It is a gym that everyone can ask for. Plus, membership is offered at an exceptional price. Highly recommend checking it out.

Don't leave town without checking this place out. Old school feel 'real gyms" like these are are to come by. This place is awesome and the staff are all super cool!

Would have loved to join and check it out based on prior reviews. Note on the door says for members to use their card. I have no card and they no answer the phone. Too bad. It looks cool, but joining is a mystery.
