Wish I could give 10 stars !! OPT has been by far the best fitness experience I have ever had. I have trained with trainers & worked out in gyms for the better part of the last 33 years & no where have I received the quality of guidance, attention or hands on training I am getting here. Not only that, it is a high energy positive atmosphere gym with coaches that are completely invested in their athletes success. You can tell they are passionate about their jobs, & that they truly know what they are doing - - they take their jobs seriously but at the same time are so much FUN!! I signed up for OPT after seeing their TV commercials for sports specific training with the hope of improving my tennis game. I have learned so much in the past year that no one ever taught me in all my previous years of working out in other gyms. The skills I am learning have boosted my confidence on the tennis court in a significant way & I am so grateful to the coaches and OPT. I truly can not say enough good things about OPT- I LOVE IT!!!!! 💪🏻
