OPT southshore is a great place to send your kids for sports performance! All of the coaches are exceptional, they are welcoming, motivating and they really care about the kids. Especially Coach Jamie Ott she is the BEST! We are very happy with our decision to send our daughters there and they don’t want to miss a workout! Thank you OPT!

5 stars for a reason!! "Everything rises and falls on leadership" and this organization is a great example of that quote! Top down these trainers, coaches and staff know what they are doing, and take care of their people! When the leadership pours into their staff, the staff then pours into us and this shows up in a positive way at OPT Southshore!Special shout out to Coach Jamie Ott--wow! Wow. I love this place. The coaches are so nice and helpful. They motivate me to do my best three times a week when I go to workouts, I can see the improvement already! Such great people and enviroment!

OPT is fantastic! Coach Jamie and coach Lance are the best. They go above and beyond for their athletes, teams and members. I highly recommend their programs for all ages! :)

I give this place 5 stars. It seems very clean and the people there are very helpful. Jamie is both passionate and knowledgeable about the concepts that she implements in her training and conditioning sessions. Would recommend this place!

I’ve known Coach Lacoste since I was in high school and I was blessed enough to play ball in college so when it got time to train for my pro day I got with him at OPT and I blew my pro day out of the water. He’s completely changed my performance in the weight room and on the field.

Best coaches ever!! Been working out for years but this is the most engaging workout I have experienced. Love the testing element so you can see how you have improved. Come check them out the equipment is top of the line as well.

Might be a tad biased but OPT is a great opportunity for any athletes to train! Their coaching staff is hard working and passionate about their jobs and their athletes, and it’s a blessing to here and see first hand how OPT has changed so many lives. On a side note: Coach Jamie is an amazing coach who cares deeply for her athletes and I would hands down recommend her to all friends and family alike.
