Terrific workout option. Friendly staffers and I love the self-competitive aspect of the classes. Ronald, in particular, is a wonderful instructor.

I have been very pleased with the workouts that I’ve done at Orangetheory. They have made a big impact on both my body and my mind. My OTF achievements have made it easier for me to achieve things in other aspects of my life. But what has really exceeded my expectations has been the sense of community that I have experienced. It is meaningful that the staff learns the members’ names and preferences. This would never happen at a typical gym. I never expected it, but feeling like a part of a community is a great incentive that gets me to the gym!

I have a confession.....I am a very well certified personal trainer and thought I was in pretty good shape - boy, was I wrong! Within 2 months, I have lost 7 lbs and gained more muscle than I thought possible at 49 yo. The team at Uptown is awesome and makes a great effort to know your name and generally be kind and supportive. I am so thrilled I wandered in. I feel amazing for the holiday season this year!
