Clean facilities! Coaches were friendly and cared about each participant. I am from Atlanta and was visiting New Orleans on a business trip. Experience was so wonderful that I attended an OT workout four times!!

If you want to try it out for a month to check it out, they have THE WORST policy. I tried to put my 30 days in (because what place requires 30 days to process this information??) but because I put it in the day of my monthly payment, they said I had to cover another month, i.e. 2 months of something I no longer wanted. I highly suggest going to similar places that take care of you better - Hour Blast, even Class Pass or a running group.Other than this, OT is a good way to get exercise. I have tried everything from CrossFit to yoga and barre and I have never been so dissatisfied with how they handle their memberships.

Great workout concept. It’s a little like CrossFit but not as much injury potential. You just show up and do what your told for an hour which is the key feature. You also get the heart rate and calorie feedback. Addictive

My friend in D.C. recommended OT and I’m so glad I joined! The classes are challenging and fun, and the coaches are supportive and motivating. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to keep up, with severe arthritis in one ankle and two partial rotator cuff tears, but the coaches always have modifications and they encourage participants to work at their own pace. Additionally, front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I’m hooked!!
